The lawyer in me says the union is right, they will have to pay him if he's inactive, they're trying to punish him beyond the four games, Keyshawn was sent home without pay, while you can argue about what's "right", it's more about what's legal under the collective bargaining agreement, bet they end up doing what TB did if they really don't want him back..
