OL in the draft

It's just funny that some people want to draft for just need. My original post stated if these OL players are BPA. No where did I ever say let's reach for a OL. We have several needs. Worst thing we could do is go all defense and reach for needs and let very good OL go.

Some people just don't understand the draft and football. Draft BPA if it's a OL then do it.

Once again how many starting offensive linemen (who actually were decent while starting) have the boys drafted in the last ten years?

And it did not matter who was doing the drafting

But you cannot admit that no matter who it was they failed unless they drafted in the 1st rd.

In the last ten years how many picks were used other then that pick after the first and how many panned out?

Free has struggled with going from Right tackle to left tackle back to right tackle, just the way Gurode did. I guess people like you could handle that change easily with your far superior physical and mental athleticism.

I just gave you picks that were significant for Dallas in them 10 yrs. And they were few for one thing. Dallas starting with parcells used veterans instead of rookies. And i outlined this draft picks for you because everybody on this forum knows that you never shut up about anything

Its funny that you even mention the word reach but want Donald at 16.

Your the only person that considers Donald a reach at 16. I have also said many times if Donald isn't BPA I would be fine with Dallas going BPA at 16. If Dallas picks him at 16 then it's because he is BPA.
Each team have different boards.

Taylor Lewan is the best offenisve lineman in the draft period. He shut down clowney and made him quit when they played in the outback bowl a few years back. All anyone remembers is that hit he put on a 3rd down michigan back who btw was 5'6 170 lbs or so. Aside from that he was a non factor.

This year before the season started Clowney was asked who the best lineman he had faced was. He answered, number 77 from michigan. If he's available at 16, take him and Dallas will have the best set of tackles for the next decade or so.
