First punt by the Giants with 2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. That is great defense.

This was said under Linehan

This was said under Kellen Moore

Now its being said under Mike McCarthy.

When this dude doesnt play well, its ALWAYS somebody else’s fault. The WRs, the coaches, the OL
You list the WRs, the coaches, the OL......outside of a non-pouting Cee Dee.......close your eyes and now tell us what is good out of those groups you mentioned? Take your time.

Were you in the negotiations? If not, you, like everyone else NOT involved in those situations have no clue of anything that went down. The over arching issue has been that, since Jimmy left, this FO has consistently F’d up.
Well, I don't really have to be inside the room to determine that Dak & his agent ultimately drove a deal for max value for himself now do I. Nor to know that nothing has come out from either side suggesting any offers to reduce his cap hit to facilitate signings. So, again, if they lose almost every game & he get's boo'd & beaten up I have no sympathy for him. Yes, we agree that we haven't had a strong football mindset since Jimmy.

To sign good players. whatever it cost. as much as you needed could have been cleared.

Whether they would have made good use of any available funds, who knows.
and there in lies the issue. we had 15M on the cap last year, 10M the year before and had 20M the year we let cooper go for a 5th and still took in his dead cap..

the money has been there. the creativity and willingness to spend hasn't. we are 30th in cash spend in the NFL.....

I thought Jeruh had the leverage.

He did. He chose to fold for Jeruh reasons. How much better would the future look if this season goes the way it is looking (& many of us predicted) if you knew at the end of the year you could make sweeping changes to the roster. He made the absolute worst football decision he could have made.

its a stupid question because its all subjective and just changes the argument to different players, not results.

someone names another player you go off on why that player would lose also but - HOW DO YOU PROVE IT?

you don't.

ergo, its a buttnugget stupid question.
LOL LOL LOL ...man I'm mad I missed this thread and your responses. Well done sir.

Maybe if the Jags drop a couple more we can get a fire sale on Eitenne.
You see how quickly and volatile RB value is today, one day their value is up and the next its down.
Let's take a look at NH if we are entertaining Etienne.

Najee Harris has totaled 55 carries for 209 yards and -22 rushing yards over expected this season, resulting in a 32.7% success rate which ranks 32nd among 41 running backs with at least 20 carries.

Jerry and company believed they could build the OL first and the RBs would come, like field of dreams, you build it they will come....lol

I was fine with Najee in the off season.

Not sure Pittsburgh would do it now. Warren has been hurt and unproductive. Plus they are winning games.

He had to have seen that with the crappy running game yet signed for the money anyway. If you care about your craft, you demand they do more or you'll take your talents elsewhere. They offered money and he was like, "Okay "
i agree with this 100%, Dak knew the deal with this FO, take the money and take the blame for a bad FO...he could've left next offseason for probably the same kinda money and went to an organization that cares about winning...Thats 100% on him.

here is a fact

franchise qbs elevate every one…crappy qbs drag every one else down just like dak is doing because he is garbage

if u have to make excuse for a $60,000,000 a year qb then o boy will this get ugly and i cant wait

media tried saying the same thing about bryce young how thr panthers failed him but when they plugged in a real nfl qb with the same players and system they looked 100x better

bad qbs are bad because they stink not because of the stuff around them

Dak set Dak up for failure by signing a record breaking 60mil a year deal. He coulda signed for 40mil and helped out the team. I don't have any bad feelings for Dak.
