Hey, they both sucked. But I'm much more likely to give the rookie some leeway as opposed to the guy many on this board have suggested is the "Best" safety in football.

Yeah, well, the only play I was disappointed with as far as Roy was concerned was the bomb that Troy kept blaming Roy for not really attempting to intercept the ball because he was in position to do so.

As far as the other two big plays that Watkins gave up (and I say that only because he was the one who seemed to have primary coverage on), was one where Roy wasn't even in the picture, and the second one, where he let LJ Smith go, no one even knows what his responsibilty was on that one because no one knows what defense was called.

Watkins was really bad. Roy was average at best today.
