Yes you want him back next year. He's a talented player that helps you win games. I'm sorry but a team full of choir boys does not equal wins. Talent does and these "old school" mentality coaches that you guys are praising have almost always put talent before character. BP had Lawrence Taylor Ditka had Mike McMahon, Gibbs had Riggins, Jimmy Johnson had a laundry list of guys. I'm gonna need y'all to leave this fantasy world were every football player is a aww shucks good old boy who's just playing the game to have fun cause thats not how it works in the real world

Every week this year I've been getting more and more pissed off at the T.O. haters. I almost couldn't stand the sports opinion idiots on the Ticket this morning. My Dad didn't watch the Cowboys for like five years after Jones dumped Landry, and I'm beginning to think that many of the haters still haven't forgiven him and wish for the old days when all the dirty laundry was left unreported by the media. Have any of you read the books about the Landry years, what was really going on with the players? They were partying hard just like the rest of the NFL. Just because it wasn't on the front page of the papers doesn't mean they were all in church on Sunday morning and living lives of purity. It also doesn't mean they were polite gentlemen on the field, either!
T.O. has some personality quirks, that's for sure, but I for one love them all. He's never boring, I look forward to each and every one of his end-zone celebrations, and I've never seen one of his teammates diss him or give ANY indication that he is causing them problems. The only people in the whole world that he is disrupting and distracting are the idiots in the media and the Cowboy fans who wish the NFL would schedule games on Saturday so as not to offend the Lord and who think Troy Aikman was a virgin until after his first Super Bowl win.
Me, I've watched the Cowboys since I was a kid in the late 60's. One of my early Christmas presents was a football helmet with a big P on the side, and that stands for Permian. Yes, as in Odessa, as in Friday Night Lights. I'm not a teenaged kid with a mind warped by rap, I'm a soon-to-be 46-year-old white dude. But I do like rap. And I even know what song T.O. was doing his end-zone celebration to a few weeks back. (that was "Lean With It, Rock With It by the Franchize Boyz for those of you who missed it)
But when Jones brought in Jimmy Johnson I was just as happy as when Parcells brought in Romo. Landry was past his prime, so was Bledsoe. Deal with it!
I can see it now. T.O. gets MVP of the Super Bowl and the haters will be whining about the 2 balls he dropped in the playoff game the week before.
