:nono2: The question I would like to ask everyone is, why even read the story??

If Terrell Owens did in fact say the things he's "allegedly" said, then he has real issues, but he's no longer a Cowboy so anything he does say is irrelevant at this point in time.

So Tony Romo isn't a current player on the Cowboys? And Jason Garrett isn't the current Offensive Coordinator for the Cowboys?

I don't think I wrote any posts about T.O. when he Twittered about the Lakers game, did I?

If I am so obsessed with him in trolling his Twitter account why did I find about this on the 23rd when he said it on the 19th?

And where was it written in stone, or any article where you can provide us a link, that Terrell Owens blamed Tony Romo in part for his release?

Can't wait for these answers.
No need to wait. Because I'm not that fascinated about the topic to go digging up T.O. crap nor trolling his twitter page (which I know you haven't posted).

T.O. is not a player on the Cowboys anymore and so his opinion on all things Cowboys aren't relevant to me anymore. I apply the same thinking to all former Cowboys. So that's what I meant and I don't think it takes rocket science to understand what I meant.

tyke1doe;2784747 said:
Yes, because it confirms T.O.'s feelings about Romo and the reason why he is no longer in Dallas. Why is that news? Because T.O. has had problems with his quarterbacks and this is another confirmation.
So the fans needed confirmation that he had problems with Romo and Garrett? I didn't, but I see that others disagree. To me, this was a no-brainer thought process if we're talking about T.O.

Was it news when Tony Romo first addressed the release of Terrell Owens?

http://cowboyszone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=153667

Why was that news? He's talking a player who isn't here anymore. Let it go WG. He's in Buffalo now, lol.

This is the first time T.O. has used Romo's name in any form since he got cut.

That makes it news for most.
Romo's responses are relevant because he hadn't addressed the T.O. release.

Where you get confused is that I really give a **** about T.O. I don't and I generally try to skip over all things T.O. If not for the occasional post on DMN or PFT, I wouldn't even know what's going on with him.

Indeed.

And with this post, I'm off to go enjoy some night time entertainment.

Not just the fans. You don't think this news would be interesting to Buffalo Bills fans?

So let's see, T.O. criticizes his quarterback in San Francisco, in Philadelphia and in Dallas.

You don't think Bills fans skeptical of T.O. wouldn't want to know this piece of information?

Trent Edwards, watch out.

I was referring to the fans on this board...

I'm sure there will be alot of interested people once word gets out.

Since T.O. is on his fourth team, all for similarly-related things, would it surprise ANYONE at this point that he would feel this way?

The book is out on T.O. and it's not that deep of a read to know what it's about.

i think better of TO after his time with the cowboys. i understand "his game" much better and the media hype.

in the end TO is about TO - nothing else matters.

All I know is someone changed Jerry mind. If it was up to Jerry, T.O. would still be here.

Would you think the QB or OC would have a big say if T.O. stays or goes? I would think so.

Jerry read one of the Zone's many T.O. polls and made his decision based off of that.

Owens doesn't know what he is talking about. Jason Garrett said when he returned from almost taking the job in St. Louis that he would "never" give Jerry Jones any kind of ultimatum that it was him or Owens.

No player was consulted about Owens. That includes Tony Romo.

In other words neither Romo nor Garrett had anything to do with his release. Neither of the them was consulted. Are they part of the reason why he is gone?

Absolutely. Owens was openly critical of both towards the end of the year and it pissed off a man named Stephen Jones. Owens waiver is his own damned fault. He simply can't shut his festering gob.

Good riddance to all the trash that was thrown away this off season.

I don't see it so much like taking out the trash, I see it more like flushing the toilet. :D I'm glad all those guys are gone.

The final word IS with Jerry. It WAS up to him. TO's gone. Get over it!
