I know I can still count on him not being afraid when the lights come on. Thats all I care about.
The finale where the team was blown out before the first half ended is the only game Terrell Owens topped 100 yards all season other than the huge week twelve 213 yard outing against San Francisco.
Owens had 2 catches for 26 yards in the playoff loss to the Seahawks. (4th on team).
Owens had 4 catches for 49 yards and 1 touchdown in the playoff loss to the Giants. (2nd on team).
Owens had 81 receptions in '07 (15 games) and dropped to 69 last season (-12). His first down conversions plummeted from 69 in '07 to 38 last year.
Should 12 fewer receptions result in a player's first down conversions getting cut almost in half?
What does that say about Owens' ability?
Jason Witten hauled in 96 passes in '07 and dropped to 81 last season (-15). Witten's first down receptions barely changed, he had 56 in '07 and 50 last year.
And what does it say when the tight end has 14 plays of 20+ yards and the wide receiver only has 15?
