Give me a quiet defensive try hard guy that leads by example, over a immature talker and entitled punk. Micah is another case, and we see it over and over throughout the league, immensely talented ,gifted players, that have rocks for brains. They piss away the talent and are never happy. Clearly Micah is in it for team Micah. We are necessary evils in his view, the fan . Truthfully, I think he don't think he needs us.

Mark my words, Jerry pays him, we are done. First, I think Micah will do a Zeke and Martin, hold out of camp. He's that kind of guy. I do hope Micah Dad intervenes to save the kid. He's an Army Dad and his character his high. That's why Micah has kinda shocked me. Really aloof.

Trade him for two firsts. It has to be done now. Every game he plays next season his draft stock will go down. Discussion.
This makes sooo much sense. Why don’t other teams trade their best players for future unproven players…

If you can get a Hershel walker return for the guy wouldn’t be mad, but to just have the attitude of he just go is just incredibly shortsighted.
It’s a cap issue. He going to want to be paid like a DE bc that’s where he plays most of the time. But the bigger concern is that he’s a 245 lb DE crashing his body into much larger men and he’s not great against the run. How long can he hold up? Odds are he’s going to demand a contract extension next offseason and it’s going to be probably Nick Bosa money.

I mean Parsons Diggs OSA at DT Donovan Wilson maybe a few of the young safeties stuck to bench in 23 can play in 24 plus Bland Gilmore & Lewis ….Dallas needs to build on what’s here not start trading away it’s best defensive player . Add an aging Lawrence to the list love to him back for one more crack .

LB and OL help should be the focus in the draft and take a RB make Pollard the complementary change of pace .

As the rookie contract nears end......I suspected the Board would change the love. Now while Micah has done some self-infliction (podcasts & big game or postseason performances).......I knew the Board sentiments would begin to change on him.

I love the try-hard guys as well, but I don't see how Micah is "pissing away his talent."

Parsons has been horrendously misused by this franchise. It also is funny that the people running it can't recognize the obvious and will consider Dak Prescott to be more valuable than Parsons. What a bloody joke.

It’s not a terrible idea! Next season he is going to demand 30 mil per season and I’m not sure he’s worth it! His once powerful motor has been missing more and more and he has become the “Dak” of the defense In bigger games! The last thing this team needs is two players who don’t show up at crunch time!

Another one with a diferent name...kinda like the whole Dak thing.."Dak cant win a playoff game"..."Micah cant win a playoff game..." meh if we are honest not one player on this team has won a playoff game that anyone should be excited about..why are some awsome for the regular season and others its just "BS stats".

This is my point... Dak, MP, Pollard, we can knit pick anyone player and say "ship them out!", but why are our premium players not performing when it matters most? We know the answer, coaching matters in the NFL.

I don’t think he’s pissing it away but clearly he has other focuses rather than just football, i.e. the podcast. He is a very good player who will demand great player money after next year and unless he proves his worth next season, it will be time to cut bait.

Pass rusher can be replaced in free-agency-draft or trade. Quarterback-a good one-is a way harder deal to pull off. I wouldn't blink twice if we traded Parson. And you guys know I'm defense first. I feel very confident we could replace him at MLB easily. As well as a pass rusher. Just go get 2 good pass rushers. They will replace one great one. At least then when Micha doesn't show which is a lot. You still will have another pass rusher coming.
DE's are a plenty in the draft, I agree, but I really think he is above average, and needs to be schemed better in my opinion. I think he gets a lot of hate due to his big mouth... which I agree is annoying.

his podcast and his social media comments. Its not helping, its hindering him. I think it affected his physical talent and focus on the field. Thus, pissing it away. The youngin needs to take a step back from the megaphone and focus on the team more. Quiet and steady.
