Leg press is much different. I used to do full sets of 905, but no way my back could handle 450 squats.I have skinny legs and can leg press 450 on leg machine. Not really that impressive. And 120lb side dumbbell rows. And I am 6 foot 182 lbs of solid muscle and 67 years old.
450 leg press means nothing. And you are half repping anyways. That has nothing to do w squattingI have skinny legs and can leg press 450 on leg machine. Not really that impressive. And 120lb side dumbbell rows. And I am 6 foot 182 lbs of solid muscle and 67 years old.

Or 3 DeucesThat's like having a RB on each arm.
In a Service weight tornament, I would start with a squat of 550 and go up from there. I was well over 40 then. On the leg press equipment, we hit 1200+ stationed in Korea.Wake me up when he does 600 like Hurts.
That's not enough weight or reps to push to the point of injury I don't think. His core is probably so strong that he doesn't feel any lateral strainForgive my ignorance on the benefits of this type of lifting. But what benefit is this for a LBer? It seems like an unnecessary strain on your back and knees.
I say this because recently I watched a Ronnie Coleman (body builder) video and it's said that power lifting/dead lifting and squatting stupid amounts of weight is what caused his back and other parts of his body to fail him.
I know he's an alpha and he does alpha things like this, but this worries me. Can someone educate me on this?
If you entered the Ladies 65 and up power lifting circuit you’d make a fortuneI have skinny legs and can leg press 450 on leg machine. Not really that impressive. And 120lb side dumbbell rows. And I am 6 foot 182 lbs of solid muscle and 67 years old.
I care about his play on the field not his comments to the media. As long as he’s not saying or doing something that can get him suspended, let him be himselfthis guy makes a lot of suspect statements
I think he would be o e hell of a RB. Maybe some special plays. The way he fights. Imagine him fighting for yards. That's like having a RB on each arm.
Never accuse this kid of not taking care of business during the off-season............once his mental game catches up with his physical talent, no one can stop him.

The only muscle is the big one between his ears that needs work to help his tackling.Like someone else said, it would be nice if Diggs would join Micah for some workouts. Diggs would be great with 10-15 more lbs of muscle, it would help his tackling.
Wow, you must have had one serious blockage!!!I used to squat 340 every time I got off the toilet.....now it's only 275. Lol!
Which is why I asked "Too late?"2020 called. They want their old and over-used joke back.
