Well looking at what these other cbs signed for Robinson is not going to come cheap. Unless they bring him in on a one year deal. Just my opinion here if they like him and his age wouldn't be shocked to see a multi year offer.

Cornerbacks

Josh Norman (Franchise Tagged)
Janoris Jenkins (Signed 5-year, $62.5M deal with NYG)
Trumaine Johnson (Re-signed 1-year, $13.952M deal with LAR)
Prince Amukamara (Signed 1-year, $5M deal with JAX)
Casey Hayward (Signed 3-year, $15.3M deal with SD)
Sean Smith (Signed 4-year, $38M deal with OAK)
Pacman Jones (Re-signed 3-year, $24M deal with CIN)
Patrick Robinson
Brandon Boykin
Leon Hall

I think Stephen and Jerry will use Robinson's injury history to bring down the price (A valid criticism). If he wants top tier CB money, goodbye.

I have to wonder what his asking price is, considering what San Diego turned around and gave Hayward to essentially replace him.

Maybe slightly more then he got last year on a1 year deal IMO

I think Hall is the better player, but P Rob is younger and a better outside CB

Definitely an upgrade over Carr. Be funny if him and Leon Hall sign with us.

Well we will see if other teams and the agents for Morris and Robinson feel that's prudent during the second phase of free agency which the team sat on their hands waiting for. I would think with all that has happened so far, they wouldn't take any more chances on losing guys they really want.

The second you contact his agent he is spreading the word to other teams. That's his job, to get the best deal for his client. It's impossible to sneak a player in town and no one know because his agent has to know

Has to be a good reason why he is still out there. Either a few teams gave his agent a call, didn't like the price tag or teams aren't buying into his one year of good production. From a statistical point of view, he had a great 2015. But he was a disappointing first rounder, has a history of injury, and the very team he succeeded with doesn't want him back.

I don't know, the more I think about it, I want him on a relatively low one or two year deal. Not sure I believe he's much more than that.

If we want to cut Carr, I'd prefer we get both of them if we can get them each in the $3 million range because of their and Claiborne's injury histories.

I don't think Carr is worth what he's being paid, but I do value his being able to stay healthy.

He made a whopping 2 million last year with the Chargers. He's probably a 3 million a year guy at best.

I agree if it's a one year deal. Most likely 3-5 mill range. If it's a multi year deal I could see 4 years and 15-18 million. He did have a very good year last year and I read he is a great locker room guy.

Definitive upgrade
Robinson enjoyed a breakout season in San Diego this past year, grading out as PFF's No. 28 overall corner out of 118 qualifiers, playing well in coverage and against the run. Prior to 2015, the former first-rounder was probably closer to being out of the league. Robinson comes with some risk, but he could prove to be a bargain signing as long as his market doesn't get out of control. Mar 7 - 5:57 PM

Interest in Morris makes it sound as though they are likely to go after Bosa at this point.

The thing is you really can't just assume he will be there at 4.

You plug holes in free agency so you don't have to "assume" anyone is anywhere.

THinking the same thing unless they just see Hayward as a much better player overall.

Why, we just signed Benson to an offer sheet. We don't have to reach for DE.
