Listening to the PC is just painful. In essence, as per Wade: Brad had a good first drive but not the type of QB that can come from behind.......not many QB's are.

"The mistakes are mine,"......Wade just sounds lost......

Media question: So much talent, why the breakdown Wade? "Well, we had a new QB" and then we "had some defensive breakdowns." "Some guys don't realize they're not going full speed" (I can't believe he just said this)....

Question on talent: "There's enough talent to win 4 games so far and we could have won more"

Discipline question: Said Witten is a disciplined guy but he also had a penalty......as if to explain the discipline is not a problem.

This guy is just lost......

Listen to his penalty explanations. OMG! Dude is so lost. This is just nonsensical rambling.

He did say that they will be "discussing" taking some play calling duties away from Brian Stewart and Wade might be doing more of the defensive playcalling.

He also stated that he didn't feel the need to make personell changes. He feels we have the players but what we are doing on the field needs work.

This team hasn't shown any progression and he is still talking about what we are doing on the field needs work? Dude, what the hell have you been doing since training camp and pre-season?

Yeah, he just said that. I am listening to the Press Conference now.

But to be honest, alot of the fans think the players are good enough.

I think the players are overrated and lack heart.

We have so many people hurt right now, I don't know that there's many changes that can be made. Would it really help to start Courtney Brown over Ken Hamlin, just as an example?

Said that he lost his first 3 games at Buffalo but they turned it around.

Poor Wade, it's almost sad to listen to. The guy's just beaten down and just doesn't know how to answer the questions and he just starts to ramble and stutter.

Listening to Wade's press conference, one thing sticks out to me about him!

It's always "the mistakes are on me" crap! Well, you know what that conveys to the players? If you don't have to be accountable for your lousy play because the head coach will not jump on you for it because "the mistakes are on me" then the players are not going to get scared. Hey, they can just go play and if they screw up, no big deal, Wade will just say it's his fault...so?

That is one of the main problems with that guy! He needs to grow some and get in the faces of these highly paid crybabies and make them feel ashamed and disgraced about their lousy play! Instead, the players don't seem to be concerned that the head coach will come down HARD on them because "the mistakes are on him"!!

I wish I had a job where I could frog everything up and have a boss tell me, "ah, don't worry, your mistakes are on me".

Makes me want to puke!

I am pretty sure Wade knows the players better than you. He is around them 24/7, you are never around them.

I know this is a place for opinions but most of the people's opinions here are so far off base.

True.

But I personally think that if a guy is not getting his job done, he needs to feel the fear of losing his job.

It's stupid to try to fire everyone, but at some point you have to do something, the sink is shipping fast.

I don't think anybody on this roster is afraid to lose their job.

Just go take a look at the sideline footage of Brian Stewart talking to the defense. You could tell they didn't give a crap about what he was saying and he never even raised his voice at them.

If he is not jumping on them in private, that would be one thing. There is no long-term good that can come from a coach throwing his players under the bus to appease some fans.

Some people just want change for the sake of change, apparently. Given the injuries we have at some spots, I'm pretty sure everyone who is starting is the best player we have available. If you bench someone out of spite and put in an inferior player, it's almost certainly not going to help.
