Of course they look impressive. They play PUFFS. The Rose Bowl should seriously be changed and get that Big 10/Pac 10 contract, wad it up, and throw it out the damn window.

Again, it's easy to say you're all that when you don't play jack crap. It's easy to say you are the best defense when you shut down garbage teams and have signature wins against untested teams from an unbelievably weak conference like the Big 10.

Cincy is a BCS team. TCU is highly ranked. Texas Tech was a quality win even though they stunk it up in the Cotton Bowl. I'm sure Miss didn't get their full effort since OU dashed their hopes in Norman. I mean, they struggled against Baylor after the beatdown they recieved.

I actually think TCU and Cincy would give Penn St. and tOSU trouble. Tech could definitely beat both of them if Tech has something to play for. Oklahoma St would give both penn and tosu fits as well. Let's not forget, OU's non conference schedule consists of two very highly ranked teams.

The Bowl games that are non bcs really don't showcase every team's full capabilities IMO. Some have a chip on their shoulders, others aren't happy with the game they are in.

In the playoff we have, *cough* I mean season we have, OU and Florida proved to be the best teams from start to finish.

When you play in a weak conference like the Pac 10, you cannot afford to lose. It's unfortunate and it's not USC's fault, but it is what it is.

I'm sorry Utah, but if you want respect as a champion, get out of that conference or schedule two top 25 teams from BCS conferences.

All I know is when OU beats Florida by 3 touchdowns, there should be no question who the best damn team in America is.

Anyone who questions them should be stripped of any opinion due to lack of credibility and sense.

Oh and btw, I dare the NCAA to implement a playoff system. OU would be playing for NCs much more often and I'd love it.. lol...

I'll always enjoy good match ups and looking for NFL talent.

I just hate that on every teams schedule you can go through it and 90% of the teams on a schedule have no shot in hell of winning.

Then if you lose a game you start comparing losses and stuff. Its stupid.

Right now USC and Utah deserve a shot to play for the National title.

Their schedule and conference shouldn't determine if they are Championship caliber. Only a head to head match up does that and anyone who argues that doesn't understand the true meaning of sports.

We'll see if Texas throws their name in the hat as well tonight to make it 3 teams who should have every bit of the right to play for a title.

And it's pretty stupid to not realise he's talking about people beating them right now when they're playing by far their best ball of the season.

I'm not saying USC would win, for sure, but I think they'd have a great shot of beating OU, Texas, or Florida if they played them right now.

USC has more than enough offense and their defense isn't too shabby at all. Now, of course, Florida, OU, and Texas probably have a great shot of beating anyone in the land as well.

I have no issue though with a coach feeling pretty darn confident in his team, especially when they're a darn good, and competitive team, every single season.

Funny to me how OU seems to hang there hate on two things of late. One is that they seem to get beat in bowl games and the other is that they always seem to get picked to go to BCS games but also always seem to lose to Texas. 3 of the last 4 years now, I think. I too find the humor in it.

In the 80's, Nebraska and Osborne dropped bowl games left and right. Then, they reeled off 3 national titles.
