Would be surprised if we move our future LT out of position for a 40 year old Peters.
Peters knows his role and will immediately upgrade the LG position.
The entire left side will be improved regardless.
He is our future Lt

He is Not out of position at LG

And Peters is old . . . not as mobile and struggled at Guard with the Eagles before going to Chicago and playing Tackle. Very well

Right lol I'm not sure why everyone is shocked/disappointed. This is easily the best move for our line.

He was the lt of the future. Now he's the LT of now because Smith got hurt, again.

Easily the best move. Tyler Smith is the LT of now/the future. No need to flip flop him around the line as a rookie.

Peters best days are behind him but he's still big and strong as a bull. How do you hide his weakness vs speed? Playing him inside.

Dumb.

Could be, not saying that will not happen, but if we are looking at a time frame, we already have the young rook playing where he will be playing and doing pretty decent.
Are you willing to disrupt that conditioning, or delay the process by plugging Peters right in at LT because ifs a better fit at LT for Peters. or leave Smith at the position that
we all know is his already.

As long as it's Tyler Smith and Jason Peters on the left side, I'm happy. That's alot of power across the line and being able to run consistently and effectively to both sides will do wonders for this offense.
Bingo, and noticed last week that Biadasz was really stepping up his line calls.
Im not overly concerned that even Philbin could screw this up, but would personally prefer seeing Smith stay at LT unless there was an immediate concern there.
Kid is growing up fast, and owning his start there.
Either way this OL is improving and getting better, and Peters addition will be noticed.

Philbin playing musical chairs because he doesn't know how to choose the best 5 at the correct spots. He's the problem.
Can't disagree with that.
The thought of Philbin and Moore in the same room alone having scheme discussions has haunted me in the past.
I give them both a pass for signs of improvement vs Cinn.
The OL stepped up and there was a decent game plan offensively considering the current state of affairs.
