It's not childish to recognize something is stupid.

And it's not about disagreeing.
It's about the idea of comparing datasets that are vastly different as they are equal.

That is objectively stupid.
You sure it doesn’t say more about the person who finds it stupid? Especially since you seek to be in the minority?

Nobody is arguing that Dak isn’t a top 5 qb when he’s ‘at his best’. The issue is that he only ‘at his best’ like 4 games a season tops. He’s probably a bottom 5 qb 4 games a season too, and then somewhere in between the rest of the time.

Heck, it’s not even game to game, it’s quarter to quarter a lot of the time. No QB is truly consistent but Dak sometimes puts Jekyll and Hyde on notice

I think we should sign and start Mason Rudolph and be done with it.

This move will end the debate, and we won't have to suffer through the Dak wars. We can just focus on the "Who is better debate - Mason or Cooper?"

The world will be easier in Cowboysville, and we should start to experiment with being the worst team in the NFL for the next five years to test how our front office staff can handle a perennial loser.

At least the fans will get more answers than being perpetually stuck with more questions.

I refuse to bash Dak.
I'm looking forward to discussing the 1st rd. QB we just drafted 365 days from now.

I think the bigger thing here is understanding why he was so inconsistent. Some will say he's just not that good and that's a different topic at hand. But I think there's an underlying issue here to why he can look so bad against Texans and look like he did against the Buccaneers. Based on the changes they've made they seem to think they have the fix.
Kellen Moore was just as inconsistent as the OC. I would describe him the exact same way - some games the play calling was great, others you were left scratching your head as to what the hell he was doing. He could call a great series and then the very next series leave you wondering if it was the same guy calling the plays.
I know many on here are stuck on how high in the rankings his offenses here were, but scoring 40 plus points and getting a ton of yards against bad teams and then not scoring enough or even being able to move the chains consistently against good teams doesn't translate to success in the playoffs - which is all that matters. In the playoffs, there are usually no bad teams - the exception being last year and Bradys Bucs. Perfect example- the offense looked like the best ever against them, but playing a good team and very good D it was a different story.

You might get your wish if Dak gets greedy and refuses to give a discount on his next scheduled contract extension.

Dakota Prescott isn't taking a discount...Any Fan who thinks NFL Owners turn around and use "discount" savings on building the team has been brain washed.

The Cowboys will Draft a QB next year even IF the Cowboys win a Superbowl.

Realistically, agree. Problem is QBs' contracts have gotten way out of control and it's going to get worse. Owners will have no choice but to draft replacements early and often.

Josh Allen is a top-five NFL quarterback. Nobody in their right mind would argue that fact. His frame, arm, and athleticism make him a cheat code.

But in a world that hasn’t stopped talking about Prescott’s 15 interceptions, Allen’s league-leading 19 turnovers isn’t talked about nearly as much. Trevor Lawrence, who ranks above Prescott on a few lists out there, lost five more fumbles than any other QB and turned the ball over two more times than Prescott. Joe Burrow quietly had one less turnover than Prescott did.

Same exact thing I've said. Nobody cared when Stafford was leading the league in interceptions. Nobody cares that Josh Allen does it.

Great article. Gotta give credit where its due. Not the same crap over and over again.
Did Stafford or Allen miss 5 games while doing that?

If egirls try to make hurts a pocket qb now he is signed they will fail. Because hurts was running a lot is why they win some games. He will take a nasty shot and get injured. Happens to all running qbs at some point. It’s why Dak had so many picks. When he runs like he used to the threat of running is worse than him running sometimes. But he has to get that threat back. Only way is him to run some. They are going to fill the field with targets and let him set back. Spread the field and let him take off a few times a game. That pick in the red zone in playoffs should have been a run. Would have been a first down and could have changed momentum.

What does it matter? If they suffered a hand injury and missed 5 games you think their turnovers a game will go down?
it matters to reasonable thinking folk.

When you miss a quarter of the season and still lead the NFL in INTs it’s a problem.

I hope he throws 20+ INTS this season and we go 0-17. This bum has got to go.

We know.

You're not a real fan.
A real favs wants the team to actually improve. The names on the back of the jerseys don’t mean squat.

A Dak over Dallas fan, like yourself, just wants to watch Dak play.

Y’all got exposed when Cooper Rush played. The Cowboys winning games wasn’t fun when Dakky poo wasn’t playing.

Look at the breakdown of that bucs team, and you will see one of the reasons he "looked good" agsinst the..

This isnt an attack on dak....just...."another perspective".

If Dak was an Ironman competitor he would win the running and biking legs in grand fashion.... and drown during the swimming leg.
