The drummer from Def Leppard had a better arm than Kellen Moore.
Which arm are you referring to? The left or the right?

They're "growing" concerned? I've been concerned since they started camp.
We need to do less with Moore
I feel bad for Floaty.Somebody check on Floaty.
Lol! Yes, the QB evaluation process in Dallas sucks. Which is why we've had Tony Romo and Dak Prescott in the role back-to-back, having spent a low 4th round pick, total, on the two of them. And now it looks like we might have found a third potential QB to back up Dak, also as an UDFA.
And your argument? You're basing it on a guess that Dak would not have surpassed Kellen Moore in the preseason last year, even after going 39/50 for 454, 7 TDs, 0 fumbles, 0 interceptions, and a 137.8 rating.
Right, we suck at evaluating QBs because one time we had Brandon Weeden as a backup. That makes perfect sense. Meanwhile, did our third string rookie UDFA QB outperform Carson Wentz again this week? I haven't checked yet.
Romo was picked by Parcells which has nothing to do with JG. Stop trying to spin your blind JG love. I get it. You love JG. You are his biggest fan. You probably still like him and thank him if he hit your mom in the face. But it doesn't change the fact that he hasn't developed any QB on his own until last year when he lucked into one.
Romo coached under Jason agarrett in one capacity or another from 2007-2016. He became a starter half way through the 2006 season.
If you want to bury your head in the sand on this topic, be my guest. But don't pretend I'm the one that's blind or spinning something.
Romo was already a starting QB developed by Parcell's staff and had a great season before JG arrived. Stop making stuff up to prop up your hero JG. What next? Are you going to say JG developed Witten? Aikmen was great because of JG?
Thanks for the good laugh though.
I never suggested he didn't learn a ton under Parcels and David Lee. I'm just not willing to believe he didn't also improve the following ten years of his career that I happened to see and where the consistent improvement was blatantly obvious.
More like JG learned from Romo. If anything, JG's ineptitude ruined Romo from having a possible HOF type of career.
Right? It's amazing Romo was as productive as he was with JG holding him back. And Dak. And now maybe Rush.
I think you nailed it.
Missed the point much. Romo was a productive player before JG got there. Even with all the JG's gaffes, Romo was successful due to his talent. Imagine what Romo could have been with a real coach instead of a "coach in training".
And Dak, right? Imagine his rookie season without that albatross around his neck!
There's no debating a hypothetical. No matter what the reality, you can always claim it could have been better. The reality, though, is that Garrett's had a run with QBs most coaches would absolutely kill for.
Because they got lucky with Dak, now you think JG and his staff has been good with evaluating QBs past 10 years. As usual, when it comes to JG, he can do nothing wrong according to you. You probably think JG can walk on water.
I think he's had good starting QBs his entire tenure here, a period that spans multiple players. Despite spending no more than a late fourth on them collectively. That's it. Not really debatable.
And it's blatantly wrong to say I think Garrett can do nothing wrong. I will, however, defend him from stupid criticism that make no sense. That's fair, right?
