I've not heard a valid reason. Deal with that.
I'm not wasting my time trying to appeal to reason with you. It's a waste of time. Thank you for making my point though.

Talk about a real WAR DADDY!!!Hail, if Putin could play, we'd have him as a starter!
I'm mocking you for doing it. "Keep wishcasting" seemed pretty obvious.
And the argument is not about whether the Cowboys knew before -they did- but instead who told them. People were making up stories again.

Yes.. like I said, that's the way it worksand Landry turned a blind eye to Martin's wife beating and Henderson being an out of control cokehead.
Unless kJs friends implement him...claim in questioning that he was instigating and egging on this drive by...he's innocent.
Guy down the street from me claimed to kill multiple people in Afghanistan/iraq....and he carries guns and is called a hero.
Why is kj being made out to be a devil when it's very possible he had no intent to harm or kill anyone?
You bots keep bickering
Are you the only person allowed to infer? I find it hard to believe KJ kept quiet for a month and then decided to fess up to his employer. It's possible, I guess.
I'm interested in facts and direct empirical causation. I am not interested in making things up and then again making things up based on that and on and on as you are wont to do.
For example, we have no idea when the club knew what but here you are assuming when and what they knew and then making judgment off of that.
That was a good episode. They're all good, really, but as you mentioned, the timing was perfect. They get completely innocent people to confess to crimes they had nothing to do with, and they're allowed to flat out like to the people they're interrogating. After hours of this, the people start wondering if they're remembering things wrong, and eventually figure, "Well, if this cop is saying my fingerprints are on the murder weapon and they have me on video, I guess I must have killed the guy."Yes, I agree they will not cut him because the bottom line is that Booger just doesn't give a damn about any of that. He has proven that over and over.
I do wonder at some point if Joseph will openly address his delay in coming forward but I will be surprised if he talks about this at all. When he "lawyered up" he went all in and that's the smartest thing he's done in all of this.
What is timely about this is John Oliver did one of his shows, after this happened, on just what the police are allowed to do in their interrogations and I gotta say, a cop says good morning to me, I am talking to an attorney before I reply. It was as scary as it gets of just what can happen to innocent people once in the system.
It is not about justice, it is all about closing cases and getting convictions.
https://nypost.com/2022/04/17/two-arrested-in-shooting-after-cowboys-kelvin-joseph-met-with-cops/The Cowboys straight up said in the press release:
What they do not say is who said what. You were giving specifics I have not seen in any report.
That is what I was asking about because you guys seem to love taken a little known info and then bias out speculation presented as fact.
What makes me laugh about this, fuzzy, is you say you're interested in facts and empirical causation yet you're perfectly willing to make all types of inferences about me and my motivations.
You make broad assumptions about KJ based on where he grew up and what he said in an interview, as if his public persona isn't partially reliant on perpetuating his, "cred." You push this narrative that because of where and how he grew up he is worthy of a second chance at worst. You know just as much as any other fan yet you present yourself as objective, denying the fact your whole position is based on some "special knowledge," about KJs life.
You rob him of his agency by implying the possibility that he was just a punk who thought he got away with it is irrational, "wishcasting," while denying your own position is based off hope.
Growing up in a bad neighborhood isn't a license to be bad. Some people believe in consequences for actions. You know, accountability. They think Joseph deserves consequences based on the following fact (those things you care about)-
He only came forward when it was impossible to stay quiet.
You may not like it, but that’s enough for me and others. Yes... yes... speaking for others again. Then again I have at least some, "empirical evidence," that people agree with me, just as you have for yourself. The other, "fact," that you seem to have trouble with is the idea that people can understand he grew up badly but still think he deserves punishment for not coming forward.
This is just doesn’t cut it for me.
Do you have to wait for a cop to be found guilty before suspending him for a bad shooting?
What if you have an employee that you find out is a peodophile running kids parties, does he keep his job until the guilty verdict?
Innocent until proven guilty might be the law and decide you freedom but it’s not the standard for retaining employment or forming an opinion… and nor should it be.
this scares me !!!!
I did that to my boss once he said you are fired and I asked him have you got any witnesses and I was not fired he was a week later because he was an idiotYou know you can be fired for not breaking the law, right? Like, go to work one day and call your boss an idiot. That's not a crime, but it may end up getting you fired.
I did that to my boss once he said you are fired and I asked him have you got any witnesses and I was not fired he was a week later because he was an idiot
I see. So your position is the club could have known for a while and didn't encourage him to talk until after police put out the video. I thought I was the gymnast around here.
Really? Who did I say it was? That doesn't who reported KJ to the police either. You were making up stories about who that was.
I said we don't know beyond taking them at their word that they had been encouraging him. I get that you would think that I would make up some story as you did because that is what you do but I don't play that game.
They knew for sometime themselves and didn't do anything more than "encourage him to come forward." They also say given the information that they have -which is infinitely more informed than we are- they support him.
