Donovan McNabb wasn't "viable"?Neither had a viable QB during their first head coaching stints. Dan Quinn inherited Matt Ryan who became a league MVP.

That’s from 2015 and 2014 lol…..you made yourself look silly posting articles that date back when some of our players were in middle school lol.

I said nobody thinks about them now as in 2022. Nobody cares how a team lost back then. There’s posts from when this board first started in the early 2000s talking about those Super Bowls against the Steelers. Lol You claimed no one talks about them and you were wrong! Not about to waste my time finding them all to satisfy you. Those Super Bowls have been recounted by many over the years. Some of the greatest Super Bowl matchups were the Cowboys and Steelers in the 70s but it’s obvious you weren’t around watching them back then.

What did I originally say? Could’ve swore I said nobody cared. I’m in my early 30s…..my heyday is the Campo years….if this team lost in the SB after giving up a 25 point lead it would be one of the best moments I’ve had as a Cowboy fan…..Sorry that’s not what you originally said and those games still come up today. A lot of fans care about what happened back then. Just because you weren’t around back then and don’t care doesn’t mean others feel the same way. I don’t care about Super Bowl V because I wasn’t following the Cowboys back then. We talk old games all the time and if you want to continue to pretend it doesn’t happen here go ahead. We’re just wasting time with this.

Nobody references SB 13 either....I think these are personal issues you personally can't get over.
That’s different.I see the Dwight Clark debacle at least 50 times a year. That was in 1982 and wasn't even a Super Bowl.
Ok you’ve seen 7 SBs. As a adult I’ve seen none. So yes I’d love to have a SB appearance regardless of how it ended. You originally said no one references Super Bowl 13 which is totally false! You’re one of those fans that would rather see the Cowboys choke in a Super Bowl just to have the satisfaction of seeing them play in one. I’ve seen the Cowboys play in 7 Super Bowls. For me personally the low you get from watching them lose a Super Bowl is much more intense than the high you get from seeing them win a Super Bowl. That’s how I feel but to each their own. Here’s the comment you made and I proved to be false!

You proved it false by posting posts from CZ that were made 8 years ago lol.
You claimed nobody references Super Bowl 13. I could’ve posted posts from 15 years ago and it would still prove you wrong. Lol
I don't know why Cowboy fans get excited about this. There are 2 huge obstacles to Payton coming to the Cowboys:
1. Payton would have to work for an owner/GM that would be unwilling to allow Payton the freedom and control he is used to having. Why would Payton agree to that? He already has a contract with the Saints and he doesn't have to work anyway.
2. Payton is under contract until I believe 2025 or 2026, so Jerry would have trade something significant (players)? Multiple first round picks?) to the Saints to get Payton. Jerry and Stephen covet those high draft picks.
I live in metro Atlanta; any mention of the Patriots, Super Bowl LI, NRG Stadium, etc. is like reopening a gangrene wound. It is a pall that will never go away.I experienced both Cowboys losses to the Steelers in the Super Bowl and it’s incredibly painful to see your team lose a Super Bowl. I couldn’t even imagine the horror it would be to see the Cowboys blow a 25 point second-half lead in a Super Bowl. That would torment the fan base for decades! Imagine having to live with those highlights over the years? You probably never saw the Cowboys play in a Super Bowl so you’ll gladly take them blowing a 25 point second-half lead just to see them play in a Super Bowl. Not me! There’s no loss more agonizing than a Super Bowl loss. I can’t even fathom what Falcons fans must go through looking back at that second half Super Bowl debacle.
You're just arguing to argue....you know damn well we are referencing the present not 15 years ago but whatever.
