I think this is less about Zeke and more about the NFL showing that their rulings will ultimately win in the court room.

If Zeke gets off for this then the NFL will lose a lot of leverage.


Jerry being such a NFL guy I bet he feels indifferent about this. The NFL really might have hurt themselves long term if they don't win in court.

Then what does it mean?
It is an expected move that the NFL is going the extra mile to try to get it reinstated, doesn't mean that it is yet.

It doesn't mean he is suspended again until there is something that happens in court that sides with the NFL.

He tweeted that the stay was granted. Doesn't that mean the PI would be lifted? I think that tweet has been removed and he then tweeted that they filed their appeal with the 5th Circuit. I think the initial tweet was wrong or misworded.
