The power of money and influence makes this a very uphill battle for Zeke. But David has won before...
No, I’m not aware of the age group here. But yes, I do think it’s necessary to share an opinion from the older generation Cowboy fans who know what it was like to be a Cowboy fan without the likes of Jerry Jone$ running football operations.
Those in your age group I’m close to personally have much respect for where I’ve been in my 50+ years following the Cowboys at the Cotton Bowl, 36 years at Tex Stad( I gave up my season tickets before last season there) and one of the first group to travel with the team on the road.
I’ve spent much of my life and invested hundreds of thousands in my lifetime . It affords me a voice. Now that I’m retired I have time to vent it in these forums . I’ve made some interesting friends over the years on other forums and joined this one last year by the suggestion of a few others from other forums.
I like the way this forum is ran. And it’s been a pleasant experience. Diehardblues screen name describes my mentality perfectly as a Cowboy fan now. My current avatar is my father when he played in the 40’s. He died in 1988. He was a great and loyal fan as well. I took over his season tickets when he passed.
So let me get this straight, because you’re retired, experienced the Cowboys before 88 and have spent thousands as you claim that makes your opinions that much more valuable?
Smh
That’s not what I’m saying .So let me get this straight, because you’re retired, experienced the Cowboys before 88 and have spent thousands as you claim that makes your opinions that much more valuable?

That’s not what I’m saying .
You’ll get it in about 30 years.
There’s always a few who take my strong opinionated attacks on certain aspects too Personal .Nah you’re an easy read... You just don’t see it yourself and that goes back to my original post. You’re very oblivious.
Jerry knows how close he is to finally reaching his goal if this defense keeps coming on and Elliott suspension could jeopardize it. That’s all this is about. Jerry’s acting like a wounded animal in a corner. He’s desperate and knows the decision this Thursday could cost the season.
When have we been screwed over with something Jerry didn’t invite or create?Haha who cares. I would like to see JJ and Zeke take it to the NFL than to constantly take it up the rear. It's about time if you ask me. This team has been screw over soooo many times.
Paying off contracts in the one season when there was no rules. Then losing salary cap space the following season because he broke the rules. Even though there were no rulesWhen have we been screwed over with something Jerry didn’t invite or create?

The Commanders were penalized also. It was what 10 million if I recall correctly ? Chump change.Paying off contracts in the one season when there was no rules. Then losing salary cap space the following season because he broke the rules. Even though there were no rules
Goodell represents NFL owners.
I believe Elliott violated the NFL Policy and should be suspended.
I think Jerry needs to be put in his place . And if that temporarily sets us back then it’s a sacrifice I’m willing to take if it helps us moving forward hopefully not taking as many risk on problem players . Jerry needs slapping down.
My greatest hope is Jerry could be suspended or forced to sell if he really gets out there because I have very little faith even with the talent Garrett has been assembling we will ever overcome Jerry.
I love Garrett. Without him I’d have no hope at all with Jerry.
The Commanders didn't deserve it either. The Commanders got screwed more than we did. There's no denying that we got screwed by Goodell or the NFL with that. Along with the Commanders. I'm not even following your guys argument. All I read is your last post asking about name a time we got screwed that Jerry didn't invite. That is a clear cut exampleThe Commanders were penalized also. It was what 10 million if I recall correctly ? Chump change.
That’s all you got ?
If you believed Elliott was guilty of violating the Conduct Policy would you still want him to play?I am not willing to take a set back just to satisfy your disdain for Jerry and Zeke. You come across as a blow Jack arse and just may be that way outside of the keyboard safety zone.
Spent thousands or was it hundreds of thousands...who cares....we all spent thousands of hours or hundreds of thousands in watching, listening and reading about our team. Money spent does not make you know any more or any better than a fan in his or hers 20's. A fan is a fan. Period.
After reading your stuff, I a considering putting you on ignore just not to spend thousands or hundreds of thousands more hours on you.
Saying you want Zeke and Jerry suspended to take them down or whatever your words are is just saying you are not a fan to waste time on, when it has been proven Zeke is innocent and Jerry is sticking up for his team.
Go away troll.
That’s defintely an example but not enough to wage an argument the NFL or Goodell has it in for us.The Commanders didn't deserve it either. The Commanders got screwed more than we did. The Personal Conduct Policy .What policy did Elliott violate?
