I'm not asking you about the stats. I'm asking you about the interpretation of the stats. Do the stats tell you that the quarterback ratings are reflective of the team they have around them. Don't miss what I'm asking you. You said 17 points means that Dak is doing it alone, and it has nothing to do with having a better offense than Wentz. I asked you what source did/do you use to come to that conclusion.
I can look at stats to tell me that one quarterback had more interceptions than another. I can conclude that the quarterback who threw more interceptions is more mistake prone than the one with fewer interceptions. But that may not be the case. Maybe the quarterback who threw more interceptions tossed two Hail Marys - one just before half time and the other at the end of the game. Maybe the one with more interceptions had a receiver who slipped. That information is critical in rendering a decision that one is more mistake prone than another based on stats.
Maybe that's not your problem, but it is when you're making a claim about stats and don't have addition information to support your conclusion.
