I doubt Garcia looks good outside of the WCO, based on past performance. It doesn't sound like we're going to be running anything close to that here. Granted, he won't be starting, but if you're going to spend $$$ on a backup vet and not run the offense he's suited for, when he does have to play he's gonna be behind the double 8-ball (potentially, lack of playing time and bad offensive fit).

You are probably right zeromaster, but ironically we schemed in some West Coast style plays to get more out Owens and some analysts believe Romo could flourish in the West Coast offense. I am not a great fan of the West Coast offense either though.
