Who could the Cowboys trade for ? What RB would help the Cowboys?

I honestly don't think they are going to trade for anyone. I personally think they are going to see who gets cut loose after the teams go to 53. Some of the most intriguing names on roster bubbles right now include; Rawls, Ball, Brown, and Crowell/West. If one of those guys get dropped it would be a shock if the boys don't pick up one of them. If they don't they clearly are dead set on Randle, DMac, and Dunbar.

After everything you've seen the last few months I can't believe that would shock you. I would be shocked if they didn't sign someone.

I am starting to really lean mgmt is really dead set on the current regime.
When we got thru the draft with no RB additions I figured we were set. We may still pick up someone after final cuts but no one saw DMC as the final piece to solidify our RB corp that is for sure. Yet here we are today still staying the course.

I agree I just don't see how he lasts more than one game. I think they are high on Randle but his oblique has to be a concern. Reminds me of Ball last year with his oblique which turned into emergency hernia surgery; which as we all know cost him his job.

I think Dallas has to make a choice of either Dunbar or McFadden, both are frail and can not be counted on to carry the ball a lot. They are both change of pace backs. We need a workhorse back to be on the roster by 1st game to back up Randle.

Not to wish injury on anyone, but I suspect that's the only way well add a FA RB who would challenge for serious playing time.

And if Randle were to suffer a up jury putting out a long time, then they'd even try for a trade.
Injuries to DMC or Dunbar would only bring in FAs, imo.
