Man, hope he doesn't have to battle that back again this season.

Unfortunately, that is going to be a minor problem for his career. Lets just hope that he never really has a serious back injury that starts shelving him for a few games a season :(

WOW, La'el is strong like bull

just threw Moore to the dirt like a rag doll
Dont think his strength has or athleticism has ever been questioned. In fact I'll go out on a limb and say he could become their best run blocker. Running to the right on short yardage should be a no brainer. He will really have to make his bones as a pass blocker.

Yup, all footwork for that beast. Getting in front of the end.

That's scary stuff.

I hate the back injuries. It's why I wouldn't extend Lawrence to a long-term deal. And it's the only reason I considered not doing Dez' deal a few years back.

It would suck to see Tyron's career cut short with a back condition. And this isn't like the overblown stuff with Tony Romo's transverse processes or whatever those things are called. Tyron's back is a legit issue.

The tweet about Tapper's speed causing the backups trouble and then a tweet video immediately after showing him get stuffed by Edwards.

Damontre Moore got crushed by everyone he faced.

What is going to be interesting is the Alfred Morris, Rod Smith, Ronnie Hillman and Keith Smith situations. Hillman is the change of pace type that would make a good 3rd down guy. Rod Smith the jack of all trades. Morris the dependable ball carrier but not much of a passing game threat and K. Smith the best FB type but fairly limited in most other tasks. If Rod Smith was a great blocker he would be a lock and we might keep Hillman. I don't think Morris has a chance unless someone gets seriously hurt. Witten, Swaim and Hanna are locks if healthy, so the Gathers status is tenuous at best. If Gathers could block he might make the FB spot but I don't see it.

Once you hurt your back, you have a bad back forever generally.
