Practice 8/1

That's scary stuff.

I hate the back injuries. It's why I wouldn't extend Lawrence to a long-term deal. And it's the only reason I considered not doing Dez' deal a few years back.

It would suck to see Tyron's career cut short with a back condition. And this isn't like the overblown stuff with Tony Romo's transverse processes or whatever those things are called. Tyron's back is a legit issue.
Couldn't agree more, brother. It's very disconcerting to hear its acting up again, in the first several days of practice.

He's our franchise LT, what a devestating blow if his career were to be cut short. LT's of his ilk are as hard to find as true 4-3 RDE.

Maybe we're making more of this than we should, but it is concerning, Idgit.

I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the guys we have behind Witten already; Swaim and Hanna. Not to say that we couldn't have found an upgrade to these two in this years draft; but doing so would have meant not getting a much more needed upgrade on defense and likely taking a step back in run blocking, which is something both Swaim and Hanna do very well.

I had Rico making this team, but given the recent reports, as well as, this one, I suspect he'll need another year of ps before he is completely ready, both physically and, more importantly, mentally.

I'm with you, but neither of those guys is dynamic enough for me unless Hanna suddenly plays to his timed speed.

That kind of summarizes Moore's career to date.

Here's hoping he'll eventually learn to juke, rip, swim, spin and go around, rather than bull rush -- especially against our OTs.
