That's what I'm wondering as well.

Is this what you want from the grossly i repaid guy making $42 million a year?

Getting your league in trouble with the courts and being accused of "violating the CBA"?

They got what they need from Goodell went he bent over the players' union in the CBA negotiations. He's botched everything else since, and outstayed his welcome.

Time to go.

I have to agree. I don't think he's free of any consequences. The owners will only put up with so much before they decide he's become detrimental to their business.

Kessler should be threatening the NFL, Goodell, Friel, and Henderson with a $100,000,000 lawsuit on Zeke's behalf unless the entire matter is dropped. The language used by Mazzant is so damning that they may be very worried. Add the threat of a major lawsuit and who knows what may happen. Based on this judges findings, they should all be fired sooner rather than later. A judge just told all 32 owners and the entire world that the people in charge of the NFL just purposely railroaded one of its major stars without credible evidence and violated their CBA in the process. They need to go!

If Judge Mazzant's ruling means anything at all, it definitely appears that Goodell and his cronies' case is on extremely shaky ground. I'd be shocked if the next legal decision to come next year is favorable to Goodell and his misguided idea of justice. Judge Mazzant left no doubt as to the extent of his disgust for Goodell's methods. It's been a dark day for Commissioner Goodell's office and a great one for Zeke Elliott. :)

Think the win vs Brady gave them the impression that they could literally do anything they wanted. They are going to be woke up after this.

I wanted to reply to you and I wrote many, many words about many, many things and then my wife put on Police Academy and I listened to Commandant Lassard and I got distracted.

They still do. I still keep seeing people say its just like the Brady situation. He will spend 6 games on the bench next year. Yeah we will see. I have a feeling Kessler and team still have some bombshells to drop and they are waiting for it when they get back in court again. This isn't over yet.
