The people I like the most are notorious ******. The state provides a certain measure of character.
Better to be a used car, who doesn't care about it's scratches and hides not what they are, than a new, off the lot vehicle that can bear no marks, for it's every move depreciates it's worth.

I totally agree. The smart thing for the NFL to do at this point would be to not even appeal, vacate the suspension, and then tell everyone involved that they are to conduct themselves in a fair and objective manner from this point on. All the NFL has to do is be fair to its players. If convincing evidence is there, throw the book at the player. If not, simply say the evidence isn't there. Quit pandering to left wing agitators that never supported the NFL a day in their life.

this isn't about appealing to left wing agitators (what ever the heck that means) though...this is about getting leverage over the union and always has been.

I call it the LIPO score........ divide Likes/Posts.........anything over 40% is doing good

Uh, a number of the older posters were on here well before a 'like' system was set up. But their posts got counted. And, there was another, related, board that may have had its postings counted as well. Anyway, your conclusions are based on incorrect data....

And this is just the ruling for an injunction.

Nothing is absolute in the law, but man it's looking bad for the league. How are they going to argue to overcome what the judge has already characterized as egregious misconduct? They'll have to pull something out of their ***.

They're lucky that the Brady case hinged on notice. This was a straight railroading, and the judge agreed. Going to be hard for them to try and somehow prove at trial that it was fair.

The NFL may have paid off judges in NY. That's my only fear...

Henderson's reputation just took a bashing. :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao: How can any other player trust these idiots on investigations and appeals for now on. KARMA BABY!!!!
Punks will fall upon the swords. It seems courageous, but it's a cowardly act. Like a peon licking a Roman emperor's nethers and getting an STD.
