Now correct me if Iam wrong but the defense is part of the Dallas Cowboys. So, if defense and coaching staff do thier jobs poorly, the team loses. If anyone thinks those parts of the team weren't part of the problem against the 49ers specifically, then you really need to watch that game again.

If he is the leader people crown him as...he needs to correct it. "leader: doesn't mean buying new Nikes.

If the team plays poorly, the leader takes the blame. And corrects it. There's no other use for someone who says he's a leader.

You don't have to be a leader just don;t say he's one if he isn't.
