Prescott had a much better game than some are giving him credit for

There's nothing wrong with acknowledging that he could have played better early on. He missed a couple of passes that we needed him to hit and he threw a couple into traffic that could have been interceptions. His second half was solid, so hopefully, that's a good sign of where he's headed. Would be nice to get back to this offense putting together long drives and scoring to put pressure on other offenses against this D. We don't need the offense to be a scoring machine, but a little more balance would be good instead of needing five second-half turnovers to score TDs.
Who cares? It’s a minor point for a guy coming of a thumb injury out for 5 weeks. Just shows the agenda.

no against great teams we will need more than slow zeke.

The contract isn't an issue this season but it certainly is next season at a $49M cap hit, which of course will have to be restructured as Dallas can't carry that number (thereby ruling out a 1st round QB should Dallas have ever considered that anyway).

What the numbers say is that some want to paint Dak as a prolific passer with great stats when the fact is he should be more of what he was between 2016-2018: a QB that allows the defense and running game to dictate the game as that gives Dallas a better chance at team success.

If Dak can do that the remainder of this year and beyond then great as it benefits the team.....which is ultimately what matters.
He is a prolific passer with great stats. You want to see them again troll?

Based on games played and career stats, here is what the average game for Dak looks like:

22 completions
33 attempts
66.7% Comp %
258 yards
1.6 TD's
.59 INT's

Albeit a much smaller sample size given he only has 6 career starts, here is what the average game for Cooper Rush looks like:

20 completions
34 attempts
58.8% Comp %
241 yards
1.3 TD's
.67 INT's

Again, clearly comparing 6 games started to 87 is apples to oranges but given those that celebrate Dak's passing stats, especially the last few years, the stats say what they say.

lol…..duh 6 games.

At least you infer how laughable your example is.
:lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao::lmao:

Keep on trolling troll!!!

We had 10 points through 3 quarters against the worst defense in the NFL.

We forced 5 turnovers and still scored 10 points under what the Lions were allowing PPG wise this season.

We averaged 21 PPG with Rush. We're averaging 13.5 PPG with Dak.

Dak, in 7 1/2 quarters has 1 TD.

The Cowboys are not getting their money's worth as of right now today and even the Dak homers should expect better than this.
Didn't we win?.....didn't Dak be afforded rust removal?......didn't we hail Cooper agains the Rams, though the D scored and gave good field position?

Cooper Rush was not "hailed". In fact, he was ridiculed for not putting up pretty enough stats for some.

We were told how Dak would've done this or that instead. I'm sure you were guilty of that considering how highly you think of Dak and the little back hand remark about the defense and field position against the Rams.

I don't see you saying anything about the 5 turnovers the defense got Sunday and the 3 and out from the Dak led offense after Turpin almost ran a punt back.

that was a piece of the article that posted. Lol

are you going to throw a tantrum?

Not at all, just enjoy calling you out for your BS lying after you accuse everyone else as such....but only you have the balls to deny lying when evidence tells otherwise.

For being rusty, the man didn't turn the ball over once. Yet some still had to whine about a few passes that were off & not giving credit for the ones that were perfect!
You wouldn't think differently even if we had lost.

Playoffs 1-3

You and Dak can take those BS prolific passer stats and shove them.....but doubt you have room with your head up Dak's.....

It is a nail biter. Apparently you like those. I would rather the cowboys get more aggressive with the offense and Dak.
I like those? Where are you getting that from?

Turpin lined up in the slot on one play... I think it was 3rd quarter, but not positive. Turpin went deep and ran a post that he was open on and could have had a TD. How do you know that play wasnt called to go to Turpin, but Dak went short out to the left and never even looked at Turpin. So when you say you would prefer they open it up, how do you know what is called and what Dak decides to do arent very different?

We really need to put into proper perspective Prescotts salary as some kind of arguing mechanism against him personally.

There are other QB’s with similar talent level and of production who’s teams haven't had anymore success like Murray, Carr, Watson and Cousins for example. These are more of Prescotts peers not the more Elite QB’s some of these hacks often want to compare.

We don’t any more than you do. It’s all in how you want to spin it.

Dak did play well for what they asked him to do. He’s also much better than rush.

glad your paying attention.
Yep

With Rush we probably win that game 10-6 or 13-6.

Prescott provides us with more aggressive offensive production the opportunity with our defense domination for these games not to be as close.

When your defense is only giving up 14.9 points a game we need to be winning by double digits.

He looked ok, but the defense is trash and his receivers showed little separation, what happens when we play a good defense?
