I'm a fan of Goldberg from back in the WCW days. Not sure I see the point in this one though, guessing it is to set up spear vs spear at WM. Could be Goldberg vs Cena. But my money is on Reigns.
Have Goldberg vs The Rock happen? Maybe that happens is what I am thinking.
Nope, sadly it's already been made. Goldberg vs Reigns in a contest where whoever wins, the fans lose.
I read the Smackdown recap this morning. Can't say I'm excited for WM.
I could say far worse about it.
That Super Showdown was everything wrong with wrestling. And it had Old Man McMahon's fingerprints all over it.
The part-timers - who can't go anymore (some never could) - go over and crush all of your actual, full-time workers.
The Fiend is ruined.
If you want to bring back legends/part timers, put them against other legends/part timers.AJ Styles get embarrassed by the Undertaker.
Well it is a bought and paid for showZiggler has to do the job to homegrown rookie who can't wrestle yet.
Ricochet gets squashed by Lesnar before he starts off for another month.
The show was a disgrace.
And now Vince has managed to suck all of the life and excitement out of the biggest event of the year. It's now about old guys showing up for easy and exorbitant paydays while we get piss poor matches.
But Vince books for himself. As long as he can put the belt on his boy Roman, nothing else matters, least of all what the fans who pay the bills think.
WWE is in a sad state until he retires.
