I agree with Owens 100%

He did it to tank, did it to C.Henry, did it to pacman.

How is it unfair to do it to Vick? Yet nobody had a problem with him doing the same thing to the others?

I say it's necessary, as he needs to not show favor to some athletes over others.

Why is he popping off about Vick? It's none of his business.

Because Vick spent over 2 YEARS in jail. That is a life-changing experience. I think Vick has suffered enough. Let the man go back to work. Our country gives 2nd chances all the time. This is America, isn't it?

Regardless of the rightness or wrongness of how the commissioner is handling the Vick situation, this is another example of the controversy that T.O. brings to a team. The guy is such a great player but the attention he draws is too much of a liability for a team. If Tony breaking up with Jessica is the most controversial thing we deal with this year I'll be a happy camper.

The league has to protect itself, so I can understand if they still give him a suspension. I could even understand if they didn't want him back period. Just to protect themselves from the bad publicity that could possibly happen.

Props to T.O. Vick served two years for his crime. That is long enough and he doesn't deserve to be punished anymore. I hope the Player's Union is listening.

Not only should Goodell not suspend him further, he should force Buffalo to sign him and start him just to punish TO for running his mouth.

Where does it say he's NOT gettting a second chance? Oh..it's just not according to YOUR timetable..or TOs.

Too bad.

And, the guy can go back to work. No one is stopping him.

i'm sure the buffalo bills are gonna be looking forward to all the unnecessary Vick and Owens questions over the rest of the season.

Personally I think that Vick served his time for his crime and I'm all for second chances. However the league has been suspending players for off the field incidents so they're at least being somewhat consistent. I suppose that policy could be debated but I don't think Vick is being singled out for anything. I hope he can come back and get his life straight and realize the privilege he has of playing in the league.

i disagree, he has paid his debt to society, now he deserves freedom, being in the NFL is not an unalianable right. he is a dispicable human being and id just as soon him not be able to reclaim stardom. and make kids of today think, whats the big deal with dogfighting, vick did it, and look at him now..

say some guy had a lamborghini, and he let me drive it, then i intentionally ran over someones dog with it. i go to jail, get out, and tell the guy, come on, i served my time for the crime.. do you think he should let me back into the driver's seat of the car?

I don't think the second paragraph is a good comparison, but the first paragraph is indeed a compelling arugument on why the Suspension will most likely occur.

Same story but a different link. Looks like T.O. is stirring it good. After the way last year finished, imagine the effect this would have on the Cowboys locker room?

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4356802

Bills safety George Wilson, the team's NFLPA representative, agreed with Owens.

"How do you bring a man out of suspension and then suspend him again? I mean, he's paid his debt," Wilson said. "I think you just continue to hold him down by bringing him back and then suspend him."

Wilson said he intends to discuss Vick's status with Owens and other teammates to determine whether to bring the Bills players' position to the union.

"We'll see where it goes, but I think Terrell is right in stating his position," Wilson said. "This is an instance where perhaps our players association needs to try to get involved."
