he has a second chance, he will play in the nfl if a team chooses to sign him.
But as stated in his CONTRACT, part of playing in the NFL is obeying the NFL rules.
It's like getting a dui. You got in trouble with the government and you could lose your job for it. That's no different then Vick's case. People say "the government punished him, he's done enough..."
Imagine you went to jail for 2 years, you would certainly lose your job for it. Part of playing in the NFL is complying with NFL rules, and the rules state an offense against the nfl conduct policy like his is a 4 game suspension. It shouldnt be that hard for people to get.
