Why? He knows he was tops. He knows next contract coming. He knows he will be tops again. Perhaps he will e lips a $1B mark in career earnings
He is under contract until 2032, at which time he will be 37 years old. Pretty unlikely he's setting the bar again at that age.

Mahomes did it right. He made all the money he and his future generations will ever need while at the same time forfeiting the opportunity to take another bite while still in his prime years, providing stability and real bang for the buck at the position as his career progresses.

A true win/win/win situation.

That's Patrick saying that, but I guarantee his agent ain't saying that. Trust he will be the top paid Qb as he should be.

Lol. Nobody is “worried” or losing sleep over the next man’s contract.

What I will 100% bet you is that when it’s Mahomes time to get paid again he’ll ask for and receive the largest contact in the league.

It’s the GM’s literal job to work the cap and make a roster. 99% of players will ask for market value. Tom Brady/Giselle only comes around once in a lifetime.

Burrow said something similar two weeks ago. It’s now being reported he will be the highest paid. Who the heck would actually answer this question with “nah man, makes me so mad when another Qb signs a deal.”
Lots of player cite other player's contracts when they negotiate their own deals. And Mahomes signed a 10 year deal. His deal is very friendly to his team so he has already put his money where his mouth is. Maybe his attitude about winning and legacy is what makes him great as opposed to other players who only worry about the money.

Yes, I believe Dak will not take a pay cut. What makes you believe he will?
The point I made was that Dak is in the middle of a contract and shouldn't be expected to take a pay cut. Again, nobody voluntarily takes a pay cut in the middle of a contract, so why make that comment about Dak and make it seem as if he's unwilling to do something others do?

Under contract lmao. Don't you know NFL contracts mean nothing. He can easily get a new contract if he wants.

Attention seeker!!!!!! I knew you’d get baited lol.
I just finished this thread from the beginning. You easily have far more posts than anyone else. That's not even including your new account. Up over 63K today I see. I don't remember the exact amount when I glanced at it yesterday when you hypocritically called me an attention seeker but it was low 62.9k. Bro.... you got a hundred posts in a day! But I'm the attention seeker. LOL

Glad to hear you admit you are just a troll, at least. Baby steps! lol

Imagine implying Mahomes doesn't want to win because the team didn't resign a player... and then WON the whole enchilada. Can't make this stuff up.

Guess who lead the league in total yards, total points, passing yards and passing TD's...

Go ahead, take a guess.

 :muttley: :lmao:
Ask him to bet you something to show how much he really believes in Dak and watch him fold.

It’s easy to say it, but when push comes to shove and something gets put on the line Dak has nothing but fake supporters that troll Cowboys fans.

Nobody truly believes in that bum of a QB.

Yeah, they did win the Super Bowl without him but they would be even dynamic with him. It did take everything the Chiefs had to squeak by Philly. It may not have been as tough if they had Hill. He is a tremendous weapon/playmaker. He had just over 1700 yards last season minus Tua for a few games. He could have put up 2000 yards and 15+ TDs with Mahomes.
And it would've been even tougher w/o the D.

This league does not revolve around WRs. Chiefs had more yards w/o Tyreek. Think, man, their O was better w/o him.

Once again, are you okay with continuing to increase the price of overpaying him at the cost of other players whose contracts are also due?

I don't want to pick on him to much. He clearly has some self esteem issues which he's attempting to hide from with his very frequent and over the top blustering in his safe space here, where he doesn't have to look anyone in the eye.

I'm just trying to check him here and there in a big brotherly way.
