Considering Mahomes has been in the league less than Dak and has all those AFC championship appearances and 2 super bowl wins and Dak has very little post season success, that's a pretty bold ranking.
Hurts outplayed Mahomes in the SB and it was even close.

The only reason he out played him is because Mahomes played with a high ankle sprain and thanks to a fumble by Hurts he didn’t have to get on the field as much since Hurts defense sucked that game.

I do not condone overstating his place in history at this point in his career. It is disrespectful to those who came before. However, I do think it is perfectly reasonable to say that we have never seen the combination of skills and traits he brings to the table. We'll have plenty of time later to discuss all his accomplishments.
