Why not? He's a known cheater who only escapes an adderall suspension based on a technicality.

You hate cheaters, right? Or only "some" cheaters?

I believe that the testing methods showed that it wasn't a technicality

So, try again.

Of course it was a slap on the wrist. The NFL is notorious for giving out very minor penalties. When the Timberwolves were caught violating the salary cap, they lost five 1st-round choices. When the 49ers were caught violating the salary cap, they lost a 3 and a 5. The NFL specializes in slaps on the wrist.
if it was Boston or LA they would have lost a ball boy or something.

Bill Bellichek learned a lot from his cheating ways and he still employs them. Tom Brady isn't innocent, nor is Kraft.

Spygate was way bigger than the press pushed out. It was cheating on a systematic level, from the top of the organization down. There is no comparison, none at all, between an individual player getting caught and what the Patriots have done.

A simply change in play caller put the Cowboys from an 8-8 team to a team pretty much robbed of a SB appearance. Stealing signals and adjusting real-time to what goes on isn't some small thing. Spygate was obfuscated into just a videotaping ordeal, when it included wireless communications and transmission real-time.

No Rogah no. Don't play coy. You don't have a soft spot for Pats. You are defending them as if you are a die hard Pats fan. Sorry bud, but I have to call you out.
That said, your Pats are cheaters. Stop acting like your love for Pats is close to your soft spot love for other teams you listed. You truly are something else Rogah. Don't deny it. Sorry sir. I am not a guy who does personal attacks but you just are too much.

I don't want to say anyone is lying without knowing for sure, but I think you hit the nail on the head on this one. "Soft spot", my ***.

Wow, much respect for you.

My youngest did the same thing...with the Green Bay Packers.

I took his Nintendo DS away and told him he could have it back when he came to his senses. His mom was horrified, but now he wears Romo jersies and takes the six hour drive south with me to training camp every year.

Shunpike's story's a lot sweeter than mine, though. :)

I always thought Mr. Kraft was a great owner. Now not so much.

People hate successful teams because they are jealous. When I was a kid I hated the 49ers. I didn't hate the Saints, the Lions or the Buccaneers.

I respect winning teams always have, I do not respect cheating. I don't care who it is

As a fan of the Dolphins, as well, I don't like the Pats. Same goes for the Jets...

However, I always liked Bill B., and how he could go into every season with a handful of unknown players and still not miss a beat.
I think he is one of the greatest coaches of all time. What he has done in the salary cap era is very impressive.

While deflating a ball may be not as bad as Spygate, it does set off question marks about the integrity of the Patriots.

Do you want me to post a scan of my Cowboys season tickets? I have the playoff sheets right here (divsional and NFCCG) and they are in pristine condition since I save them for memorabilia reasons and use e-tickets to actually get in the stadium.

Here suck on this and tell me how I am really a Pats fan in disguise. The tickets are the playoffs sheets which Jerruh sent us all with our season packages before the 2014 season even began and then a couple souvenir cups from the stadium over the past couple years.

That's certainly not the only memorabilia I have in my place but that's all you're getting.

Did you pull that off ebay?

It's amazing how grown men can emote so much.

The ballboy was in the restroom for 90 seconds - comedians will have a field day on that not being enough time to do business and mess with the balls.

Recently, the NFL reacted too quickly on Ray Rice and had to make corrections....Goodell wants to get all the facts before he pulls the trigger because he's misfired several times this season already. Apparently some here don't need all the facts before making a verdict. But let's say the Patriots have been systematically pushing and breaking rules for years...isn't Goodell culpable? In GQ, Paul Tagibue addresses the recent crackdown on players and it being motivated by the money - not taking a higher ground....he rolled back some of the draconian BountyGate penalties.

I never thought the couple of weeks before a SB could be hijacked, but it has. It's going to take a few weeks before we can expect a verdict.

For the record, Rogah. We might not agree on this topic, but you're a bona fide Cowboys fan as far as I'm concerned. 4k+ posts here, you should have to defend your fan hood to anybody.

No but even if I did, wouldn't that also prove I am a Cowboys fan since I was buying Cowboys memorabilia off eBay? What, do you think I just collect ticket stubs and stadium cups of random NFL teams?

EDIT: Oh wait, unless you're saying I grabbed the picture itself from eBay. Pretty lame accusation. Tell ya what, how about you go over there and see if you can find an auction where someone is selling 3 stadium cups plus a 2014 postseason ticket stub sheet? (I'm sure that's what you're doing right now).

If I didn't have to get my arse to work I'd challenge you to list an everyday household object of your choice and I'll take the same picture with that household object in there. But I have to go to work and I've gotten to the point where I don't feel the need to further establish myself.

Buddy, I really don't care that you're a Cowboys season ticket holder. I can say that the zealousness with which you so enthusiastically defend the Pats is way overboard and I believe you're a Pats fan whether you'll admit it or not. Hell, I doubt that most other Pats fans defend their team to the degree that you do. The "soft spot for the Pats" claim just doesn't hold water, IMO. To each his own.
