Questionable officiating last night

Did I not say that when the Ls started to come that these threads would return? Hadn't seen them for a bit. Welcome back fellas.

By the way, LVE didn't get flagged for slamming McCaffrey down after a whistle either. Big game, let 'em play. We just weren't rugged enough. When have we been since the 90s? Only punks cry, "Hey, no fair!" when they can't do anything themselves.

LOL we are weak and they are strong. Nothing can save us but we can cry about the refs. We are like our leader Jerry. Soft and eager to quit.

Complaining about officiating is something that fans of losing teams do. We need to be better than that.

I dont believe he’s one of those…….there are about a dozen that belong to that club.

you wont see them posting much today because they can’t defend the undefendable.
Yeah, I havent seen much blowback from the Dak fans after all the trashing he is getting on this board today and rightfully so.

No one is arguing that the officiating in any manner cost Dallas the game. No one. This is a different issue. You can't say that officiating doesn't matter simply because it did not appear to affect the ultimate outcome of a particular contest. Officiating DOES matter, because it affects public perception of the integrity of the game. (If there even is such a thing anymore...which is another conversation yet.)

The early body slam on Pollard? That's a flag every time. Except last night. And the Chiefs game was an abomination.

These crews in 2023 have amazing tech resources at their disposal, yet their ineptitude becomes more egregious and baffling with each succeeding season.

i dunno, we sure have had our share of dumb penalties, but we can have games of a handful of penalties, then face a team like the raiders then boom like 15 penalties doing the same things.
I guess my point is, we shouldn't have games like the Raiders (although that Thanksgiving game was a joke). Consistency is the key here. Hard to be good in this league without it.

I don’t care about the refs. What did the cowboys players do about this? You know what a good and tough team should have done?

Played just as physical and beat the niners on the field.

Anyone see anything else besides this? No flag on either play.

Officiating didn't cost the Cowboys the game, but early on there were some pretty terrible no flags for offensive holding on the 49ers that were easy calls.

The Cowboys also had some obvious penalities like uncesssary roughness and offsides calls that extended 49ers drives and got them into a hole.

If this were a close game, I would probably have complaints.

While we're lamenting things that wouldn't have changed the outcome, I'm pretty sure Pollard's fumble did graze one of the 49ers who was out of bounds before it was recovered.
It was the last 9er to slide out. His foot hit the ball.
You can see the ball slightly change its course of direction.
It was the view from the defensive side of the ball, field view looking back that you notice the ball movement.

Your team just got thrashed in every phase of the game and you’re complaining about officiating?
Two things can be true. Maybe you are too dumb to figure it out. Your team can get their butt kicked AND the officiating can be terrible AND make the score even worse.

The Pollard fumble in no way was a recovery. The unnecessary roughness on Pollard was obvious. Niner DB’s were holding consistently.

That being said our coaching was atrocious. We got out coached on O and D. Dak was terrible too!

Coaching and QB play matter, WE got NEITHER!!!

Worse than the officials is how Dallas got punched in the mouth and not one player on that team did a damn thing about it

Just took it like a chump

Embarrassing
BS!
The D played hard. They dished out some serious punishment!! Ask McCaffrey!!! Late in the game the D did tire!

Main thing is we got out coached on both sides of the ball and Dak!

I'll concern myself with officiating if it's a winnable game. Dallas got dominated last night. The officials were irrelevant.

Had it been a close game I would care more about that I guess but they got humiliated in every way possible, the refs didn’t change much in the grand scheme of things.
Exactly- can't even bring the officials in to this one. That would only matter in a game that was semi close, and the Cowboys were never in this game. It wasn't a game at all. The officials had nothing to do with that.

Jonesboys lost 42-10. Referees had nothing to do with that beat down. The no call pass interference on Irvin 1994 NFC Championship, and it was a catch by Dez Bryant were referee bad calls.

Jonesboys just got beat up last night.

The refs LOVE.
Losers always blame the refs.
The NFL and especially the refs LOVE you!!!! Not in this game of course, but sometimes teams do lose because of the refs!?

You watch the NFL and you don’t realize the refs are TERRIBLE! They change the out come of games EVERY year!!!

Yes we got our butt kicked, but the refs were an absolute joke, and did make the game even more one sided.
