IF: Bill had made a change back in the pre-season when he said "I definitely plan on working Romo in at starter sometime this year" Romo would never have been in that position.

IF: Bill had made some adjustments on defense after the Saints handed us our back sides in our own house perhaps we wouldn't have finished the regular season out 1-2 which means we're never in Seattle and Rom is never holding the game winning kick.

These are just two critical errors by a coach who "just knows football".

Yes. If you're referring to winning a first round playoff game. Absolutely after 5 years. If you meant SuperBowl or anything closely resembling it then I would have said no.

Ok now you have screwed up your whole position, you are currently saying he should be fired because of his record and no playoff wins, but you have now chaged that to even if he wins 10 games and wins playoff games you still want him fired.


Your problem is not with winning your problem is with Parcells. You have shown clearly that even if he wins in the playoffs you want him gone even though you said you wangted him gone because he coudnt win in the playoffs


In your world we get rid of a playoff coach for someone like wade phillips and think that all the sudden we win the superbowl. That wont happen with the scheme change and staff turnover
