i think kupp only needs about 10 yds for the record to pass ridley, mcvay should let him get that.
But it doesnt look like he cares, game is over, get him the record!

We overpay for average talent we drafted and refuse to pay market value for good to great players we didn't draft. It ain't working but Jerry loves his guys.

Which is why having a guy, with no fear of being fired based on results, making personnel decisions is a flawed model.

Until that model changes, if it ever does, the Cowboys are doomed.

Which job? Sales are good, revenue is off the charts, seats are sold. Jerry cares about winning, but the money machine is the real job. It's a cancer to have your GM have that as his main job description.

LOL, guess he is not as upset as we are then.

thats not it, jerry likes to be involved, and run the show, and the coaches, he likes that more than making the money or winning.

He is optimist and deluded, so he always thinks he will win the next year. He does want to win, but at same time he doesnt want to stop being involved!
it is his toy and he is going to play with it.
Other owners are content to just win, but some meddle too, just not to the extent jerry does.
And all the owners are concerned about the money they make lol, even though they are filthy rich they are miserly tightwads, who just like making
more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

But it doesn't matter - that's the real problem - because the GM in Dallas won't be fired no matter how many times he screws up.

that has always been the problem, remember a couple of years ago they ask him and he admitted anyone else would have been fired but he wasn’t firing himself that it was perk to owning the team.

How does jerruh watch these games and think we're anywhere close?
thats a good question, how does he watch mike game manage and think he is good HC? Kellen good OC etc etc.
partly he is deluded, and always thinks it will be better next year with same people doing same things.
Also outside of business, he is kinda dumb lol.

Based off the other games we belong in the wildcard. Got the talent to hang with Bucs, Rams, Cardinals, but lacking the mental to get over the top.

Cardinals are 1-5 in their last 6 games. We all know who their one win was against.

I've been pretty consistent with both, they're both average for different reasons.

Neither QB is average not even close. They’re both coming off bad games it’s as simple as that.

Matthew Stafford has the same playoff record as Dakota
He’s played in one home playoff game, and also only one where his team was favored, and he and his team won that playoff game.

As you know, the narrative on Stafford, by some, was just silly.
He he had played for New England, Green Bay, or others….and not the freaking Lions for 12 years, he would have a ton of playoff wins.
1st try was today…and1-0.

Congrats.
Lol…..but now they go to Tampa
They for sure CAN win, but for sure will not favored.
