DE problem solved.
DE problem solved.
Again, not really sure how anyone would have an issue with this. What's the worst case scenario? He gets reinstated, comes to camp and sucks and we cut him?
Wasted draft pick, wasted opportunity to win SBs. If he doesn't make it...

The upside here is well worth that.
Worst case is he gets on the team, becomes a starter, then gets suspended again...
e hasn't played pretty much at all. He's already a wasted pick. So how would cutting him make it worse? It isn't.
He'll never start here. He's a situational pass rusher.
Just do it or don't but no more "getting close" updates
I didn't intend to offend you. This is a conversation about Gregory, and pro athletes in general with these kinds of issues.Wow. Honestly, we have had some good convos, but for this comment alone, I will put you on ignore. I am a recovering addict and there are plenty of success stories. Your comment is not only ignorant, its also disgusting and highly insensitive to anyone on this board who suffered from or knows someone suffering from addiction. Get off your high horse.
Yeah this is pretty extreme. He's addicted to smoking weed....not crack. And even if it was crazy....I don't think you can just assume they will disappoint you. He has a problem...seems to have identified it...all we can do is sit back and take his word for it. Either way....I don't feel like we are dependent on him.Does he want to finally play football?
Or is he out of money for good weed?
Both are legitimate questions.
He's got to earn the 53rd spot on the roster. Do not plan for him to be anything, or you'll regret it.
Addicts will virtually always disappoint you in the end.
The reason he is coming back is that he and his camp run out of cash.Cowboys should not count on him he might relapse again.Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

Just don't want to do the Josh Gordon thing with this guy.Yeah this is pretty extreme. He's addicted to smoking weed....not crack. The upside is massive here compared to the downside, which we have already experienced anyway.
Just don't want to do the Josh Gordon thing with this guy.
