Tried to watch The Fourth Kind yesterday evening. I made it 15-20 minutes before I turned it off.

Remember Me - A somewhat surprising 7/10.
Most people who aren't Twilight fans probably wouldn't give this a shot considering it has Robert Pattinson as it's lead (It also has Emilie de Ravin). While most of the movie doesn't come across as anything new it is well performed and most of the characters are likeable enough and one can understand the issues they each have. It is the ending of this movie that really brings it home though. It's not completely unforseeable, but the rest of the movie draws you in enough to forget the possibility which helps to make a strong impact on the viewer when it all becomes clear.

The Expendables - 6/10
I knew what I was in for and I enjoyed the action. The dialog is absolutely awful though, and I don't even mean as far as the plot line or as a result of bad acting. It's just terribly written. For example, at one point a character says, "This is your last time." when clearly it should have been, "This is your last chance." Just little things like that had me groaning whenever people started speaking.
I think they really had an opportunity to write a witty script that could have still be poingnient as far as the reality of action stars being replaceable in an era of digital this and that, but the movies stands for nothing and the dialog sucks.

I am actually interested in it, as I like to watch all the junk horror movies that come out around Halloween. It's become a yearly tradition with my fiance, but was thinking of waiting till this was on Netflix.

BTW anyone who just likes movies that have stuff spontaneously blow up this is the opposite of that.

Devil - 5/10
It was ok. It really wasn't that great, it wasn't that scary/creepy, and it really seemed to drag in some parts of the movie.
The ending was pretty cool which is what, IMO, saved it from being a 3 or 4. It's really not much better, if any at all, then most of the other horror movies that have been coming out for a while now.
