Thought this was terrible. No plot to speak of. Lame jokes.

Sandler just got his buddies together and slapped together a movie.

It may have been the worst movie I've watched this year and I am a big Sandler fan.

Same, here. I typically enjoy Sandler's stupidity and I'm also a fan of rest of the 90's SNL cast in the film, but I had to put this dog down halfway through.

True Grit (remake) 9/10.

I'd like to see it again! Bridges is awesome! The little girl did real a good job to!

I've never see a bad Coen Bros movie but I haven't see all of them either.

Really wish I would've seen this instead of The Fighter.

Splice (as in negative)-10/10

This movie sucked so bad, and disgusting to. Don't waste time of this stinker!

I planned on boycotting TRUE GRIT but it sounds like I would be missing out.

I just have a hard time redoing JOHN WAYNE

there are certain people you do not try to replace

John Wayne, Clint Eastwood and Charleton Heston as Moses come to mind.

same with me . I love Sandler and I am a huge Kevin James fan but this movie seemed to be just thrown together without any substance.

just a bunch of dumb jokes.

no one in the films talents were used

3/10 for me

I think the book went into the relationship between Jem and Krista in more detail, but based upon that, I'd say yes.

Doug wouldn't have said anything, but Jem wasn't exactly a stable and balanced individual.

I loved THE TOWN.

if I had one knock . I wish the movie would have been a little longer so we could have gotten a feel for all the relationships in the movie.

movie did not really need that but I would have enjoyed it

Watched it yesterday evening.

The Marsden character had me laughing with how he was acting and the bathroom scene with Tracy Morgan and Danny glover had me laughing...other than that...meh.

movie was much better than I thought it was going to be. being snowed in for days and it being available on watch it now netflix got me watching and it was a very funny movie.
the bathroom scene I will never forget. I think about that scene and laugh at least once a day

I saw and enjoyed it too.

It also made me want to watch the old one again--which I will do in the coming weeks. Good re-makes are great exposure for the originals.

The Black Swan 10/10
Devil 8/10
Tron: Legacy 8/10

Those are my top three films of 2010. Laugh if you must. I make no apologies for it.

Well I won't laugh, but you may have a short memory. :)

Death at a Funeral 8/10

Consistent laughs throughout.

Which version? They're both hilarious. And Peter Dinklage (the dwarf) is in both of them. He also stars in one of my absolute favorites, "The Station Agent", a completely different type of movie.
