Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy

I caught about half of it last night on ABC before I went to work. OMG, Great Lincolns mullet! I thought I would die laughing. :)

X-Men Origins: Wolverine. 7.5/10
I was always a big Wolverine fan and found it pretty cool and close to the story as I remember it. Liked it better than the X-Men movies.

Shaun Of The Dead (re-watch) 10/10

From start to finish funny. Funnier zombie movie than Zombieland. I can watch it over and over.

Anyone have Angels & Demons? I stopped watching it half-way through because the audio was not in sync with the video. Anyone else have that problem?

Also, incredulous that the Vatican archive, being the size it is, could run out of air in like 2-3 minutes. What was the air getting sucked out? IDK, still scratching my head there.

Spare yourself. Make no attempt to re-watch that movie. If you feel an urge, do yourself a favor and skip to the end to watch one of the most ridiculous endings in cinematic history.

Absolutely awful. Reminded me of Con-Air for people who don't like sex.

If it's anything like the book, I'd have to agree.

Quantum of Solace - 6/10 - Im staring at the screen the whole time, w/ peaks at my Anthony Davis poster on the wall interspersed, and I had no idea what the plot was.

It did have the hottest girl ever in it though

Felon with Val Kilmer and Stephen Dorff. Pretty good indie flick. I think they may have went over the top with the treatment of inmates by the prison guards. Still a good story nonetheless.

Eyes on the Prize
10/10

The greatest documentary on the Civil Rights Era ever made. The clips of of Dr. King, John Lewis, Rev. Shuttlesworth and many others is timeless.

Deliver us from Evil
1/10

Felt the documentary was unorganized in its presentation and I quit after 20 minutes or so.

Did it have much from James Farmer?

I was lucky enough to have learned from him at Mary Washington College for a semester. That guy was amazing.

Really? I didnt feel that way about deliver us from evil.

All I needed to see though was the priest admitting what he liked and didnt like to keep me watching honestly.

I don't remember him being in the documentary specifically but there were a lot of CORE members interviewed throughout the series.

I downloaded the series and watched it on my iPhone. However, I am going to buy the series at some point.

The footage of Dr. King's speeches and his marches in the South and in Chicago was simply amazing.

Yeah, I think I was just a little impatient to start watching Jersey Shore lol. I may re-download it and watch it again.

I just didn't like how the documentary jumped around from the past to present, the past to the present and at the beginning the Priest was hiding his face like I couldn't go to Google and find out what he looked liked.

Also, he and some of the victims had a very think Irish accent, so it was a little hard to understand what they were saying at times.

When it comes to documentaries of this nature, I am more of a chronological order guy. I like to know who the bad guy is, where he came from, who his victims were and then show me the aftermath and what each of their lives are at the moment.

If anybody has some good documentaries or good reality tv shows, let me know.

Watching this stuff on the iPhone sure does make the drive and the workday go by faster :laugh2: .

It's been out for several years but The Fog of War - Eleven Lessons from the life of Robert S. McNamara is one of my favorite documentaries.
