Rate the last movie you saw

For the most part, yes. I wanted to add the reasoning why the bulk of the Avatar audience is not tired of watching humans commit genocide for those resources in this type of genre.

Well, the studio has not grown tired yet since they have two more movies in the pipeline, lol. Truthfully, the book is still out on this third movie as far as interested people are concerned. The final box office numbers will be the ultimate indicator of overall audience fatigue.
The 4th and 5th are dependant on the success of Fire and Ash.

Cameron has said he is okay with it if it ends after 3.

Predestination: 6/10

Good performances by the two main actors, but I'm not a fan of movies where the majority of it is someone telling a story. It's probably the most accurate time travel paradox movie, but is also super odd.

It is not bad. But just so cookie cutter nothing new.
Kind of reminds those after school specials way back in the day..

Avatar: Fire and Ash – Just saw this one and I actually really enjoyed it. Definitely better than the second film, with a solid storyline that kept me hooked the whole time. As expected, the CGI is heavy, but they pulled it off really well. It’s wild what they’re doing with special effects these days. I also liked the overall message and how it actually made me root against humans. Avatar does a great job of that.

Fair warning: it’s looooong. The movie itself is over 3 hours, but with ads and previews (ugh, annoys me we pay to watch ads), I was at the theater for a solid 4 hours. On the plus side, the theater I went to just got remodeled, and the new seats were absolute money!

I still quote lines from that and Stand by Me to this day.
I used to say you're killing me small so much, a lady at work bought me a t shirt wife the kid and the saying on it.

There is a sequel or two.

This one is the full free movie for the third one

Neither are any way as good as the original. But they are ok for family movies.

Since it has become a season classic

There is also a sequel to this...

free one on youtube. About Ralphie and the family dealing with the next door neighbors, they are much more active in this one...and some other stuff. It is not bad, just not as good as the original.

Another free one, I did not watch it but I think they go fishing again.

And finally. Ralphie is an adult and he takes his wife and kids back to visit his mom since his father has passed.
Not a bad movie really. Couple of funny scenes. And nice bit of nostalgia.
Might be one to watch later on Christmas as a fun family movie.

A bit of a slow burn, so might not be everyone's cup of tea, but a unique take on the genre with a cool ending.

Not terrible but felt like a Lifetime channel movie with a little umph

Kind of lame action movie. He seems better suited to play a side character imo. Last few movies seems like B straight to video types

Been awhile since I watched it. Still a decent movie.

I think most know I am a fool for WWII movies.
I did not see the dubbed version, just subs.
Still liked it though. A little different take at the end.
Not Fury level but still good.

Another WWII tank movie but from the russian side. I liked this one and seen it some time back.

Now...Two ones I watched for a short time and just had to quit...

I normally like most of Jack Blacks comedies. On occasion I find ones I do not like, like year one and Nacho Libre....This one is added to the ones that I did not like.

Maybe if this back in the 80s and you pick some random video at the store cause the cover looked cool. You watched it and even though cheesy you still liked it....Well, this is not the 80s lol. Pass

Haven't watched it in years, but it holds up. It's really just a movie about family and immigration. Beldar and his wife make the best of a bad situation and thrive. When they go back home, they realize that they're loyal to Earth/America where they raised their child. It has a ton of SNL actors and even more one liners.

i really like the first half of this movie, especially with Jack showing to be a real utter obnoxious arrogant jerk,..and spots of Cuba Godding Jr,.
but the 2nd half turned into a real soring bore, such that i'm barely able to finish it. it all goes downhill once the " Baltimore " trip begins. ..

Someone should have warned you that it's a chick flick... quick.

Odd that they spent so much time between movies. Liked the first one. This one is more of a crazy series of obstacles. Not bad if you like the disaster type blockbuster movies.

English humor movie.. Nick Frost and Aisling Bea do a good job.
I enjoyed this. Some may not.

More of a chick flick, not a romance or rom com but more of a family movie.
Even with that it is a good little film.

Really liked this one. Odd mix of comedy, action, fantasy and horror. Some of it reminded me of Leon the Professional mixed a little with life of pi and in some ways a tim burton feel to it. Really enjoyed this and might be one I make a digital purchase of down the road. Mads and Sigourney are good and the young girl does a decent job.

One of, if not the, best movies adapted from SNL Skits.
