RB Joseph Randle was arrested yesterday for shoplifting at Dillards

I don't really care if Williams doesn't play STs and I like Randle, but cut him.

I agree. It's going a bit to far to cut him. If you feel that way, then O Scandrick should be cut for taking mollys.

Apparently, some NFL people had pre-draft concerns about his character. I don't recall anything about that.

You think they keep Brent, but cut Randle?

Not a chance in Hades.

Plus, with HGH testing underway now, it's best to just hang on.

I'm really hoping that this isn't a situation where the person at the counter is a fan and was hooking players up with stuff. If so, then Dillards probably caught on, set up the surveillance and Randle was next man up. That could mean that there are more players involved. Man I hope this is not the case because that would be terrible for the team. No evidence of this by any stretch but that's not unheard of. Hope that's not it.

Is this for real? I don't understand why an NFL player would ever need to steal anything in a department store. I read a few postings that he should be cut. I would not cut him. But I would suspend him in house for a game or so. Activate Williams and see what he can do. Heck it might actually be a blessing to see another talented back run behind this oline. Added insurance in case something happens to Murray.

I don't expect us to immediately cut him for this, but I do expect the league to suspend him for a few games and that probably means Ryan Williams comes up and if so Randle may never get his job back.

BTW, what NFL player has to buy his own underwear and cologne? No wife/GF/admirer to do so???

But why? They guy makes 6 figures a year why hook him up? Maybe some game tickets? A bottle of this and few shirts of that is worth an auto or game ticket.

I can't answer on the why of it. I mean, I don't understand the whole thing. No reason an NFL player should ever have to steal stuff. I'm just hoping that this is not the case. This seems like something you might see from a College player, not a Pro Player.
