Yeah he was terrible.
I wasn't slinging mud or comparing Tony Romo to the pitiful 2006 Commanders defense.
My point was that no player after playing less than a full season, especially a QB, should get a large contract extension. Tying up too much cap space in a still, unproven player is high risk. I think that the media has spoken so much and so well about Romo that some people forget how short a time he has been a starter in the league and how inconsistent he was last year. If puts up 3500, 26-12, this year I'm sure he'll get his 60M dollar contract and well deserved at that point.

Perhaps we shouldn't be allowed to be talking about anything related to the playoffs then. We've gone twice this decade thus far and we haven't won a playoff game since '96.
