I like Ejiro Evero in Carolina. I think Canales may leave the defense largely intact though which means that Evero will stay unless he gets one of the last HC jobs. That’s too bad because I think he could be good here.

He’s definitely someone to watch. Young, aggressive, respected by players.

Also not sure why Dallas is treating DQ like he has any leverage here. They’re basically going to sit on their hands and wait to see *if* he gets a HC job and if not welcome him back with open arms? If you don’t want him, get rid of him now. This team is way too reactionary instead of being proactive
They want Quinn lol. What makes you think they don't want him?

Well, he fired his DC and ran the defense down the stretch and was terrible.

And if you’re a HC known for defense, if your defense is bad you don’t get a free pass.
He ran a 3-4 as a DC for Chargers. The 4-3 they ran was DelRio's scheme.

Always buy new tires, never skimp and get retreads.

If Rivera worked in that zoo, then he can work in the zoo better known as the cowboys…

Ron is no better than Mike Zimmer. Same basic 43 scheme

Zone with a bunch of cover 3. Not a lot of blitzing. His Carolina defenses were terrific but that’s a long time ago now.

Washington’s defense was bad. He had a bad year and while he’s a “name”, I’m not seeing him as a standout choice at all.

Could do worse I suppose but we could definitely do better.
That D had prime Luke Keuchly and Thomas Davis roaming the middle of the field. That's about as good as it gets at LB in the past decade or so.

I’d hope there would be some level of accountability to be had within the team but I suppose I’m the one who is wrong
Oh yeah naw man ain't no accountability here lol. Honestly? it would just be scapegoating him. He sucked but his unit has performed at a high level since being here.
