Yeah, probably to see how much of his head was bleeding. Why would he be touching the spot away from the bleeding area if he scratched himself?? He would know where he scratched himself right? And are you suggesting that he did it to himself because you didn't see his head red and irritated before it was bleeding? LULZ You don't think Scola hit Fisher's head? Did you watch Scola's reaction on the ground? He held his nose/mouth area. I guess he was in on the conspiracy too.... unless you think Fisher put his shoulder into the much taller Scola's grill.

What in the world has Fisher ever done to deserve this degree of venom? Is it that three pointer he hit against your Spurs? Poor baby.

first of all, the video you posted is cut and doesnt show him touching his head repeatedly, even at one point scratching it with his fingernail, hence why i brought up this whole thing. second of all, the video clearly shows that scolas head never made contact with fishes head, unless his tooth happen to be sticking out 3 inches out of his mouth for some reason.

and finally i just dislike him, i have my right to it, and dont be getting personal with me ive tried to keep this as civil with you as possible, dont forget that we are the ones with the 4 championships and you are the ones with the high of beating the spurs twice in a row in the playoffs, WHOOPEE! hows that series with denver going by the way? at least artest and fisher and the rest of the guys in this series have some balls something that your pansy best player dirk lacks. hows the parade coming by the way? im sure the mayor of dallas and mark are setting up the "we beat the spurs" parade in celebration of that ******** franchises main achievement. BTW thanks for paying michael finley to win a championship with us, BRILLIANT!

ummm, no. its a clip someone made on youtube FROM the feed, its cut to show just the collision and the replay of it, not the part where the refs were discussing it, separating players, and where derek fisher was scratching his head in a spot that had absolutely no sign of a laceration or irritation. if you dont believe me then just get over it and move on with your life

i dislike fisher because of .4, and then because he used his daughter's disease as an excuse to get out of the contract with the jazz. i actually started liking him again during that playoff series with the spurs in 07 when he was flying to new york and back to see doctors. then that offseason he asks for his release so he can be closer to his doctor, but he signs with LA? even further than Utah to new york? ya that makes sense! then he cheap shots scola, just took it over the top (granted scola flopped a little)

ya but the two early bad calls on yao are disturbing, and there have been about 2 clear out of bounds calls on the rockets that should have been on the lakers, but its the nba, what are you gonna do. dont be surprised to see steve "i hate home teams, and love to piss of the home crowd" javie in one of the two games in houston, that will confirm the NBA hates the rockets as much as the other 24 or so teams in the league

I love defense and the Rockets are holding the pace down, which is what we want to see.

Yao avoided early foul trouble - unlike last night. And the first half was pretty cleanly played, overall. Let's see if that continues in the second half or if the Lakers restart that junk from Wednesday night.

IMO, the Rockets seemed to get a careless with the passing at the end of the half - which allowed the Lakers to regain the lead.

I thought the announcers made a pretty good point about Battier needing to make Kobe work harder on the defensive end.

I'd like to see Artest nailing second-half threes and the bench keeping up their good work in the playoffs.

i agree, kobe needs to get his teammates involved. i hope artest hits some threes in his face in the second half. but most importantly, THEY NEED TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF THE BALL!!! way too many turnovers, like you said, they are playing too sloppy right now
