after you guys pointing that call out, I agree. Horrible missed call. They should be reprimanded. Media omits this btw. They actually hate us fans and the team. Its real. I think it’s a hatred of Jerry Jones more than anything, because he luvs him some HIM. I think thats where the crux of the spite comes from.
You…are probably right.

Well, this would set a precedent and be prepared for every team to start calling for a review. A team could put together a video showing a few bad call having an impact on the game and what can he do?

Exactly, fair is fair. That was also a game altering penalty.
the talking heads have their marching orders all in lockstep...have you noticed. CBS got on board against us yesterday during the Chief game. Jim Nance and Tony mentioned it, suggesting the Lions were robbed. Never mentioning the full story. I can see us losing a playoff game against Detroit via a make up call from on high ,to make the toxic media lapdogs happy.

exactly. Which is why this may never happen. If they ever did do this, having a human being ref on the field would become moot.

This authority that the NFL commissioner holds first came to my attention in the infamous Saints playoff game PI non call.
I wasn't aware of it then but after finding out, I thought it should have been used in real time to correct the most blatantly obvious officiating error in my NFL watching life time.

So that's pretty much my reference point on this matter.
And it wasn't used then.
So in my eyes, the Saints are still "owed one."
Truth.

They are gonna have to mod the replay rule.

Maybe give the replay ref final say on penalties.

If he didn't overturn the egregious PI in Saints/Rams NFC Championship game, a few years ago........it ain't gonna happen now. Stop it.

The one thing they can't do is give the Lions the win. No one was covering 68 because it was announced that 70 reported. I know it has happened in Baseball, but has the NFL ever gone back and started the game at a certain point?

The Cowboys have been shafted so many times in calls this doesn't even begin to make up for it. That Dez catch should of been a TD and that was a playoff game.

The Lions tried to get cute with their eligible lineman declaration. The refs busted them! I don't care if the rest of the world doesn't see that. The refs got it right and Roger the Clown better stay out of it! The Lions lose, the Cowboys win! Who's with me?! :yourock:

He should’ve overturned two of the Patriots’ Suoer Bowl wins for cheating…but didn’t.
He’s a coward and moron.
Also, the refs actually made the right call at the end of the Detroit game on the 2pt conversion which wouldn’t have been an issue if they had made the right call on the tripping nonsense. Would’ve been 2nd and 2, likely get the first, clocks runs out and Dallas wins 20-13.

If Goodell is going to overturn a game, the Rams vs Saints playoff game would have to be considered first.
