They are being busted for weed, which has absolutely no business being a crime or punishable by the league anyway. Insane how weed can destroy careers but alcohol gets a free pass.

If I was being paid millions to play a game, I would do anything to keep my job. He's an idiot for not listening to the rules and has been given so many chances.

You have to cut him now.

I'd rather send the message that won't be tolerated. Maybe Gregory will take it to heart. McClain is a lost cause now.

Completely agree, send a message that we need guys we can count on. Hopefully Gregory hears it loud and clear, assuming he's not baked when the message is sent.

Trying to figure out how McClain is the RKG....but Hardy is NOT? If I am not mistaken...Garrett bragged about his relationship with Nick Saban...and how that relationship helped him attain valuable insight into the genius of McClain...which translated into him being a player we seemingly could not live without! Laughable!!!!!!!!

Yup.

This draft is going to be a disaster unless Zeke is far better than expected. Jaylon Smith ain't playing this year. It will be a miracle if Gathers every plays.

I was not into McClain back when we signed him. I had serious doubts about his love for the game and he was more into playing football to make money.

As bad as it was for him to get suspended last season, he showed up out-of-shape which is worse. And I don't know how anybody could not see another suspension coming. Yet, Garrett has the GALL to scold Hardy for using the figure of speech 'I'm coming out guns ablazing.'

It would be laughable if it weren't so painful.

Before today I would say that I'm done with the Jason Garrett era unless they make the playoffs. But considering how we will, once again...waste another year of Romo at QB...I'm done with the Garrett era unless they make the NFC Championship game. I have very little respect for him as a coach or as a person.

Time to cut losses, I'm afraid. He can't do the team any good, because he can't do himself any good.

I don't think anyone other than Hitchens is mentally capable.

I can't wait for the delusional quotes from the braintrust over the next few days that shoot down any veteran addition.

I think Gachkar was taking Rolandos MLB reps in OTAs

Jethro and the braintrust prides themselves on bargain risks...most are just not panning out. Might be time to take some safe bets. Garrett is an empty suit.

We like what he have in our younger guys. Or something.

Of Course, they are cheap and disposable......lol

Jerry Jones could of had Reggie Ragland with the #34 pick, but instead chose to shock the NFL by selecting a LB that might never play. Wonder why this team hasnt won a championship in 20 plus years.....j

Looks like they are holding on to him for the possibility of a trade. Do they need a guard?

Not that PFF is all that great, but they did rate him pretty high last year.

He is 31, but we could do worse for a one year rental until Smith is ready or we more adequately fill MLB.

Final year of contract at 5.5 million might be too much for a guy that would likely only be a two down player, but its a possibility.

Understand where you're coming from YR but if Mike Fisher's tweet regarding Jerry Jones needing to be convinced about releasing McClain...then it is apparent that Garrett is not at fault for the guy even being on the roster. Now, I do realize that I am giving credence to something Fisher said and that is one dumb move BUT I do think in dealing with Jerry Jones, Garrett has learned to pick his battles. Ro McClain was not a major battleground to him I don't believe while Hardy on the other hand was and drafting Elliott may have been as well...speculation on my part.

Only a very small percentage of athletes are talented enough to play professional sports, it always amazes me how many of them throw it away. Oh well, next man up!

Put me down as wanting him cut as well.

I don't care how much he slacks as long as he is available. He has been given every opportunity to have success and he just finds ways to screw it up.
