If Romo plays, I assume it is because Romo wants to play and asked to be allowed to play so he can audition for next year. Nothing else would make much sense. And if Romo wants to play, then that means he wants to play somewhere else next year. I expect teams to be interested, especially Buffalo, Miami, NYJ, Denver, Chicago, Minn, Jax, AZ, and Houston to name a few (actually 1/3 of the league would be interested). Romo would help sell out tickets for all of the previously mentioned teams except Denver.
I would expect Romo will not have an interest in playing for some of the teams you mentioned. Buffalo and Jacksonville I don't think Romo would go to teams where their is little chance of competing for a title. Minn I think is very much sold on Bridgewater who will be back next season. If there was one team who has continued to struggle but could be a landing spot would be LA
