Romo haters will get what they want soon enough...

Tony is a great QB, with an incredible work ethic and attitude. The guy tries harder than any other player on the field, including Ware and Witten. He is the reason we have any sort of chance in any game to win. Without him, we would be at basement of the East. Having said that, if he wants a SB ring, he ain't getting it here, he needs to sign to another team with the right mentality and toughness that matches his. Always a Romo fan.

Too bad Romo-haters don't see it that way.

Considering we were like 7-1 with Kitna Ill roll the dice getting rid of that loser Romo

I hope he does end up somewhere else, because the cowboys aren't winning anything with Romo as the qb, that's not happening.

Romo is not leaving and will resign with the Cowboys.

No crap! Just as astounding are the posts blaming the organization itself for the crummy play of the team. Talk about misplaced criticism. Yeah, if Jerry Jones signed the best players out there (making the BIG assumption that his crystal ball is working) then theoretically there would never be a loss. I'm writing off alot of the lunacy after games as those folks posting while drunk. :lmao2:

What? We were 4-5 with Kitna.

LOL @ anyone who thinks Jerry will change
LOL @ anyone who thinks we will bench Romo because of last night
LOL @ anyone who wants to bench Romo, even after last night.

I think our fan base as a whole is the most delusional in the league

I just posted in another thread that the problem on this team goes higher up the food chain than Romo.

Mark my words: if Tony goes to another team, he WILL win a Super Bowl with his new team.

Furthermore, Jerry can put the best QB in the league on this team right now and it wouldn't make any difference.

The problem is Jerry; not Jason Garrett and not Tony Romo.

I endorse this message. A year from now you will have either a different HC or QB. Why? Jerry has to sell hope to ticket holders and sponsors seeing as how he wont do the honorable thing.

The one thing i am really looking forward to when Romo leaves is hopefully seeing all of the Romo > Cowboys people leave with him.

I'm not a "Romo hater" but his cult following has reached absurd levels. This is a franchise with a great history that Romo has contributed next to nothing to yet some people act like his the greatest thing to ever happen. Every time he makes a mistake it's always someone else's fault

I agree. i just dont get the love fest for this loser.

We should trade him and get some high picks in the incoming drafts before he leaves for nothing.
Romo needs and deserves a better organization, i wouldnt mind drafting a top QB to build from it.

Like Shango said, reset.

Been saying it for 2 years now

People are so afraid of being bad again that they can't see we already are

You say you're not a Romo hater, but you call him a loser?

If you gave that "loser" a new team, with a decent O-line, a good head coach, and an owner who knows that he should just sign the checks and fade into the background, you would see a Tony Romo who shines...yes, even good enough to win the Super Bowl, but not as a Dallas Cowboy.

It's not Tony Romo who is a loser; it's Jerry Jones.

I rather be 2-14 and get 1st or 2nd pick than being 7-9 and get the 15th pick like we always do. Not high enough for the top players, not good enough to compete for Superbowl.

I guess people have low expectations and making playoffs is a success.

Uhm, he is under contract and has real trade value. I don't think Garrett will be able to do anything here, and I'd rather have some building blocks in place when he finally leaves.

For his sake and ours I hope he isn't resigned.

Been saying this for years. Been stuck on 7-9, 8-8 for years now. This team is consistently inconsistent. And well the blame goes full circle for the offense as a whole. And really sick of coming up for any more excuses for Romo... Time to blow this ship up.

AFTER his contract. He isn't going anywhere as long as he's signed and jeffro's alive. Good outloud thinking but your trade gig is a pipe dream.

Probably so. Similar to any other useful suggestions anyone might else might make from this forum.

Wow. First post in this thread that is spoken like a Cowboy fan should. Kudos, sir.

I couldn't care less what Romo does when he leaves the team. So many of his nuthuggers want him to leave so he can succeed? What kind of fan is that??
I doubt we would hear from them any longer when he is gone.
Romo must be second to Lebron in the number of cronies blindly supporting him.

I think most of them need to get out of the basement and see how the rest of an objective world sees Romo realistically.
